Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、機能性再生セルロース繊維を提供する。グラフェン構造と非炭素非酸素元素とを含み、前記非炭素非酸素元素はFe、Si及びAl元素を含み、前記非炭素非酸素元素は前記再生セルロース繊維の0.03wt%〜1wt%を占めている。本発明に係る機能性再生セルロース繊維は、従来の再生セルロース繊維にグラフェン構造と非炭素非酸素非水素元素を含有する物質を導入し、グラフェン構造、Fe、Si及びAl元素の組合せにより、本発明に係る再生セルロース繊維が遠赤外線性能と抗菌・抑菌という複数種の性能を有するとともに、特定の添加比率を制御することにより、高い遠赤外線効果と抑菌効果を有することができる。

Description
前記非炭素非酸素元素はFe、Si及びAl元素を含み、
前記Fe、Si及びAl元素は前記再生セルロース繊維の0.018wt%〜0.8wt%を占めている、機能性再生セルロース繊維を提供する。
前記カーボンナノ構造を含む複合体において、前記非炭素非酸素元素はFe、Si及びAl元素を含み、
前記非炭素非酸素元素の含有量はカーボンナノ構造を含む複合体の0.5wt%〜6wt%である。
保護ガスの条件で、前記前駆体を140℃〜180℃で1.5h〜2.5h保温して第1の中間体を得るステップ(2)と、
保護ガスの条件で、前記第1の中間体を350℃〜450℃に昇温して3h〜4h保温して第2の中間体を得るステップ(3)と、
保護ガスの条件で、前記第2の中間体を1100℃〜1300℃に昇温して2h〜4h保温して第3の中間体を得るステップ(4)と、
前記第3の中間体に対して順にアルカリ洗浄、酸洗、水洗を行って複合体を得るステップ(5)とを含み、
前記ステップ(3)、前記ステップ(4)における昇温速度は14℃/min〜18℃/minである。
バイオマス炭素源と触媒を混合し、撹拌して触媒処理を行った後、乾燥させて前駆体を得るステップ(1)と、
保護ガス雰囲気において、前駆体を280〜350℃で1.5〜2.5h保温し、その後950〜1200℃昇温し、3〜4h保温して粗製品を得て、前記プログラム昇温の昇温速度が15〜20℃/minであるステップ(2)と、

前記非炭素非酸素元素は、Fe、Si及びAl元素を含み、
前記Fe、Si及びAl元素は前記再生セルロース繊維の0.018wt%〜0.8wt%を占めている、ことを特徴とする機能性再生セルロース繊維。 - グラフェン構造及び非炭素非酸素元素を含有する物質は、カーボンナノ構造を含む複合体の形態で導入される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性再生セルロース繊維。
- 前記カーボンナノ構造を含む複合体は、グラフェンと、無定形炭素と、非炭素非酸素元素とを含み、
前記カーボンナノ構造を含む複合体において、前記非炭素非酸素元素は、Fe、Si及びAl元素を含み、

好ましくは、前記非炭素非酸素元素は、単体、酸化物又は炭化物のうちのいずれか1種又は複数種の形態でカーボンナノ構造の表面又は内部に吸着される、ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の機能性再生セルロース繊維。 - 前記カーボンナノ構造を含む複合体の調製方法は、
触媒の作用で、バイオマス炭素源に対して触媒処理を行って前駆体を得るステップ(1)と、
保護ガスの条件で、前記前駆体を140℃〜180℃で1.5h〜2.5h保温して第1の中間体を得るステップ(2)と、
保護ガスの条件で、前記第1の中間体を350℃〜450℃に昇温して3h〜4h保温して第2の中間体を得るステップ(3)と、
保護ガスの条件で、前記第2の中間体を1100℃〜1300℃に昇温して2h〜4h保温して第3の中間体を得るステップ(4)と、
前記第3の中間体に対して順にアルカリ洗浄、酸洗、水洗を行って複合体を得るステップ(5)とを含み、
前記ステップ(3)、前記ステップ(4)における昇温速度は14℃/min〜18℃/minであり、
好ましくは、前記バイオマス炭素源は、リグノセルロース、セルロース及びリグニンのうちの1種又は複数種である、ことを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の機能性再生セルロース繊維。 - 前記Fe、Si及びAl元素は前記再生セルロース繊維の0.1wt%〜0.7wt%を占め、
好ましくは、前記非炭素非酸素元素は前記再生セルロース繊維の0.03wt%〜1wt%を占めている、ことを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の機能性再生セルロース繊維。 - 前記グラフェン構造は、厚みが100nm以下であり、
好ましくは、前記グラフェン構造は、層数が1〜10層の炭素を有する六員環ハニカム状のシート層構造のうちの1種又は複数種の組合せである、ことを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載の機能性再生セルロース繊維。 - 前記非炭素非酸素元素は、P、Ca、Na、Ni、Mn、K、Mg、Cr、S及びCoのうちの1種又は複数種を更に含み、
前記非炭素非酸素元素は、前記再生セルロース繊維の0.1wt%〜1wt%を占めている、ことを特徴とする請求項2〜7のいずれか一項に記載の機能性再生セルロース繊維。 - 機能性再生セルロース繊維の調製方法であって、
パルプ浸漬、プレス、粉砕、老化、黄化、溶解、熟成、濾過及び脱泡ステップを含み、
グラフェン構造及び非炭素非酸素元素は、黄化ステップ以降のステップにおいて導入され、
好ましくは、前記グラフェン構造及び非炭素非酸素元素はカーボンナノ構造を含む複合体の形態で導入される、ことを特徴とする機能性再生セルロース繊維の調製方法。 - 機能性再生セルロース繊維の調製方法であって、
NMMO溶液でセルロースパルプを溶解させ、グラフェン構造及び非炭素非酸素元素を含有する物質を導入して紡糸原液を得て、当該紡糸原液を用いて再生セルロース繊維を調製するステップを含み、
好ましくは、前記グラフェン構造及び非炭素非酸素元素を含有する物質は、カーボンナノ構造を含む複合体を含む、ことを特徴とする機能性再生セルロース繊維の調製方法。 - 物品であって、
請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の機能性再生セルロース繊維、或いは請求項9〜10のいずれか一項に記載の調製方法により調製される再生セルロース繊維を含み、
前記物品は、民用服装、家庭用テキスタイル、紫外線防護ファブリック又は工業用特殊防護服を含み、
好ましくは、前記家庭用テキスタイルは、タオルと、バスタオルと、シーツと、掛け布団カバーとを含む物品。
