Abstract
Description
− 外側表面(I)及び内側表面(II)を有する、強化ガラス製の少なくとも1つの第1ペイン、
− 第1ペインの内側表面(II)上に配置されている少なくとも1つの透明導電性被覆、及び、
− 透明導電性被覆に容量結合されている静電容量センサを有するセンサユニット、
を有しており、センサユニットが、静電容量センサの測定信号が比較値からはずれた場合に、警報信号を出力する。
(i)正確に1つの測定電極、又は、
(ii)測定電極及び基準接地電極、特には、正確に1つの測定電極及び正確に1つの基準接地電極、又は、
(iii)測定電極、基準接地電極、及び測定電極と基準接地電極との間に配置されている少なくとも1つの補償電極、特には、正確に1つの測定電極、正確に1つの基準接地電極、及び測定電極と基準接地電極との間に配置されている少なくとも1つの補償電極、
を有している。

Claims (15)
- − 外側表面(I)及び内側表面(II)を有する、強化ガラス製の少なくとも1つの第1ペイン(1)、
− 前記第1ペイン(1)の前記内側表面(II)上に配置されている少なくとも1つの透明導電性被覆(3)、
− 前記透明導電性被覆(3)に容量結合されている、静電容量センサ(21)を有するセンサユニット(20)、
を有しており、
前記静電容量センサ(21)の測定信号が比較値からはずれた場合に、前記センサユニット(20)が、警報信号を出力し、
前記静電容量センサ(21)が、
(i)正確に1つの測定電極(21.1)、又は、
(ii)測定電極(21.1)及び基準接地電極(21.2)、又は、
(iii)測定電極(21.1)、基準接地電極(21.2)及び少なくとも1つの補償電極(21.3)、
を有しており、かつ、
前記測定電極(21.1)が、前記透明導電性被覆(3)から電気的に絶縁されている、警報ペイン装置(10,10’)。 - 前記第1ペイン(1)が破壊された場合に前記透明導電性被覆(3)が損傷を受けることとなるように、前記透明導電性被覆(3)が、前記第1ペイン(1)に結合されており、好ましくは、前記透明導電性被覆(3)が、前記第1ペイン(1)の前記内側表面(II)上に直接堆積されており、特に好ましくは、薄膜積層体として、特には、カソードスパッタリング(スパッタリング)、化学蒸着(CVD)及び/又は熱蒸発によって堆積されている、請求項1に記載の警報ペイン装置(10,10’)。
- 前記測定電極(21.1)と前記透明導電性被覆(3)との間の距離dが、0.1mm〜20mm、好ましくは0.2mm〜10mm、特には0.5mm〜5mmである、請求項1又は2に記載の警報ペイン装置(10,10’)。
- 前記第1ペイン(1)が破壊された場合に、破片が前記静電容量センサ(21)の検出領域(25)よりも小さくなるように、前記ペイン(1)が強化されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の警報ペイン装置(10,10’)。
- 前記センサユニット(20)が、送信機ユニット、好ましくは無線送信機ユニット、特に好ましくは、ブルートゥース(商標)及び/若しくはWLANのための送信機ユニット、又は赤外線送信機を有している、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の警報ペイン装置(10,10’)。
- 前記センサユニット(20)が、エネルギー供給源、好ましくはバッテリ、蓄電器、スーパーキャパシタ、熱電発電器及び/又は太陽電池を有しており、かつ好ましくは、外部電源へのリード線を有していない、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の警報ペイン装置(10,10’)。
- 前記第1ペイン(1)が、少なくとも1つのスペーサ(2)、好ましくは前記ペイン(1)の縁部を完全に取り囲む周囲スペーサ(2)を介して、少なくとも1つの第2ペイン(6)に結合している、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の警報ペイン装置(10’)。
- 前記センサユニット(20)が、前記第1ペイン(1)と前記第2ペイン(6)との間の中間空間内に配置されている、請求項7に記載の警報ペイン装置(10’)。
- 前記第1ペイン(1)が、平坦なガラス、フロートガラス、石英ガラス、ホウケイ酸ガラス又はソーダ石灰ガラスを含んでおり、かつ/又は、実効比誘電率値εeff が6〜8である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の警報ペイン装置(10,10’)。
- 前記透明導電性被覆(3)が、少なくとも1種の金属、好ましくは銀、ニッケル、クロム、ニオブ、スズ、チタン、銅、パラジウム、亜鉛、金、カドミウム、アルミニウム、ケイ素、タングステン若しくはそれらの合金、及び/若しくは、少なくとも1種の金属酸化物層、好ましくは、スズでドープされた酸化インジウム(ITO)、アルミニウムでドープされた酸化亜鉛(AZO)、フッ素でドープされた酸化スズ(FTO、SnO2:F)、アンチモンでドープされた酸化スズ(ATO、SnO2:Sb)、及び/若しくは、カーボンナノチューブ、及び/若しくは、光学的に透明な導電性重合体、好ましくは、ポリ(3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェン)、ポリスチレンスルホネート、ポリ(4,4−ジオクチル−シクロペンタジチオフェン)、2,3−ジクロロ−5,6−ジシアノ−1,4−ベンゾキノン、それらの混合物及び/若しくはそれらの共重合体を含有しており、かつ/又は、前記透明導電性被覆(3)が、0.35オーム/スクウェア〜200オーム/スクウェアのシート抵抗、好ましくは0.6オーム/スクウェア〜30オーム/スクウェアのシート抵抗を有している、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の警報ペイン装置(10,10’)。
- 前記透明導電性被覆(3)が、前記第1ペインの前記内側表面(II)の面積の少なくとも50%、好ましくは少なくとも70%、特に好ましくは80%〜100%、特には95%〜100%に配置されている、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の警報ペイン装置(10,10’)。
- 前記静電容量センサ(21)が、個別の構成要素として実装されている、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の警報ペイン装置(10,10’)。
- 前記静電容量センサ(21)の検出領域(25)の形状と前記測定電極(21.1)の形状が、互いに対応している、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の警報ペイン装置(10,10’)。
- 前記測定信号の測定を、連続的又は周期的に、好ましくは0.2秒〜100秒の周期長で行い、かつ出力信号として前記センサユニット(20)から出力する、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の警報ペイン装置(10,10’)の操作方法。
- 好ましくは価値のある商品の保護のための、例えば博物館若しくは宝石店における展示ケース、ショーケースのグレージングとしての、又は、建築用グレージング、絶縁性グレージング、二重絶縁性グレージング、三重絶縁性グレージング、耐火性グレージング、安全グレージングとしての、又は、自動車、バス、列車若しくは航空機などの、陸上、水上若しくは空中の乗物におけるグレージングとしての、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の警報ペイン装置(10,10’)の使用。
