Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 移動可能で、上部ケースと下部ケースが折り畳み式で設けられたケース部と、
前記上部ケースに設けられ、血液サンプル容器内の血液をミキシングし、前記血液を自動供給する血液サンプル注入部と、
前記上部ケースに設けられ、前記血液サンプル注入部から供給された血液の粘度を測定する血液粘度測定部と、
前記下部ケースに設けられ、前記血液粘度測定部で測定された値を分析して血液の粘度を計算するデータ処理部を含み、
前記血液粘度測定部は、
前記上部ケースから着脱され、スペースの形成された二つの縦支持部と前記二つの縦支持部がU字型にて接続されたカートリッジと、
前記カートリッジの下部に装着される下部連結体と、
前記二つの縦支持部のそれぞれに挿入される第1の垂直管及び第2の垂直管と、
前記下部連結体に挿入される毛細管と、
前記下部連結体内に形成され、前記第2の垂直管と前記毛細管とを接続する補助管路と、
前記下部連結体に形成され、前記血液サンプル注入部から供給される血液を前記第1の垂直管に供給し、前記第1の垂直管に流入された血液が前記毛細管に供給されるように、かつ、前記第1の垂直管、第2の垂直管及び毛細管内の血液が前記血液サンプル注入部側に供給されるように流路が可変するバルブユニットと、
前記第1の垂直管及び第2の垂直管と隣接し、前記第1の垂直管及び2の垂直管内の血液の位置を感知する第1のセンサー部及び第2のセンサー部を含む,
ポータブル血液粘度測定装置。 - 前記二つの縦支持部は前記第1の垂直管及び第2の垂直管内の血液の高さを肉眼にて識別できるように切開部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポータブル血液粘度測定装置。
- 前記カートリッジまたは下部連結体に密着され、前記カートリッジと前記下部連結体を前記上部ケースから突出されるように移送するカートリッジ移送部をさらに含む請求項1に記載のポータブル血液粘度測定装置。
- 前記上部ケースに設けられ、前記カートリッジの後面に位置して前記カートリッジに熱を供給するヒーター部をさらに含む請求項1に記載のポータブル血液粘度測定装置。
- 前記ヒーター部は、
熱を生成する熱生成部と、
前記カートリッジの前記二つの縦支持部と相応する形状で形成された熱供給管を含む請求項4に記載のポータブル血液粘度測定装置。 - 前記二つの縦支持部は、前記ヒーター部からの熱が供給されるように前記ヒーター部側の所定領域が切開されて形成されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のポータブル血液粘度測定装置。
- 前記血液サンプル注入部は、
前記血液サンプル容器が装着される容器装着部と、
前記血液サンプル容器に挿入される第1の針及び第2の針が設けられるニードル部と、
前記第1の針に空圧を提供するポンプ部と、前記容器装着部と前記ニードル部を所定の角度にて周期的に回転させる回転部と、を含む請求項1に記載のポータブル血液粘度測定装置。 - 前記上部ケースに形成され、前記第2の針と前記バルブユニットとの間を連結する連結管をさらに含む請求項7に記載のポータブル血液粘度測定装置。
- 前記データ処理部は、前記ポンプ部、回転部及び前記バルブユニットを制御するにおいて、
前記容器装着部に前記血液サンプル容器が装着されると、前記回転部を動作させ、前記血液サンプル容器内の血液をミキシングし、その後、前記ポンプ部を駆動させて空気を前記第1の針を介して前記血液サンプル容器に注入し、第2の針を介して前記血液を前記バルブユニットに供給するように制御し、前記ポンプ部を駆動する前に、前記バルブユニットを前記第1の垂直管と前記連結管に連結されるように回転させることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のポータブル血液粘度測定装置。 - 前記上部ケースを前記下部ケースと垂直に支持するように前記上部ケースと前記下部ケースとの間に配置される支持台をさらに含む請求項1に記載のポータブル血液粘度測定装置。
- 前記下部ケースが底となす水平を計測する水平計をさらに含む請求項1に記載のポータブル血液粘度測定装置。
- 前記下部ケースに設けられて前記底に密着するように設けられ、高さの可変である少なくとも3個の水平調節部をさらに含む請求項11に記載のポータブル血液粘度測定装置。
- 前記血液サンプル容器または前記下部連結体に付着したバーコードを認識して前記データ処理部に伝送するバーコード認識部をさらに含む請求項1に記載のポータブル血液粘度測定装置。
