Description
本願は、「FLOATING MOTOR MOUNT FOR UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES」を名称とする、2015年9月25日出願の米国特許出願第14/866,721号の優先権を主張し、参照によりその全体が本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (14)
- マウント組立体であって、
浮動部分及びデバイス連結部分を備え、前記デバイス連結部分は電源デバイスに連結されるように構成される、浮動マウントと、
本体連結部分を備え、前記本体連結部分は無人飛行機(UAV)の本体への連結用に構成されるケーシングと、
前記浮動部分に接触する分離部分であり、前記分離部分は前記浮動部分の周りに配置され前記ケーシング内に包含される、前記分離部分と
を備える前記マウント組立体。 - 前記電源デバイスはモーターまたはエンジンのうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載のマウント組立体。
- 前記分離部分は第1の分離層を含み、前記デバイス連結部分が電源デバイスに連結されるときに、前記第1の分離層は前記電源デバイスと前記浮動部分との間に配置される、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載のマウント組立体。
- 前記第1の分離層は開口を含み、前記デバイス連結部分の少なくとも一部が前記開口を貫通する、請求項1、2または3のいずれかに記載のマウント組立体。
- 前記浮動マウントはさらに、前記電源デバイスへの連結用に構成される、少なくとも2つの追加のデバイス連結部分を備える、請求項1、2、3または4のいずれかに記載のマウント組立体。
- 前記分離部分は前記浮動部分の少なくとも周囲に配置されるエラストマー材料のチューブを含む、請求項1、2、3、4または5のいずれかに記載のマウント組立体。
- 前記分離部分は前記浮動部分の周りで前記ケーシングの内部に注入されたエラストマー材料を含む、請求項1、2、3、4、5または6のいずれかに記載のマウント組立体。
- 無人飛行機(UAV)の本体に電源デバイスを結合するマウント組立体であり、
浮動マウントであって、
浮動部分と、
回転軸に対して回転する動力軸を有する電源デバイスへの連結用に構成されるデバイス連結部分であって、前記電源デバイスによって発生する縦振動は一般的に前記回転軸に平行であり、前記電源デバイスによって発生する半径方向振動は一般的に前記回転軸に垂直である前記デバイス連結部分とを備える前記浮動マウントと、
前記浮動部分に接触して、縦振動を減衰するように構成される第1の分離部分と、
前記浮動部分に接触して、半径方向振動を減衰するように構成される第2の分離部分と
を備える、前記マウント組立体。 - 前記第1の分離部分は開口を含み、前記デバイス連結部分の少なくとも一部が前記開口を貫通する、請求項8に記載のマウント組立体。
- 前記第1の分離部分は、前記浮動部分が間に配置される2つの分離層を含み、前記第2の分離部分は、前記浮動部分の周囲を囲む、請求項8または9のいずれかに記載のマウント組立体。
- 前記第1及び第2の分離部分を囲み、前記UAVの前記本体への連結用に構成される本体連結部分を含むケーシングをさらに備える、請求項8、9または10のいずれかに記載のマウント組立体。
- 前記第1または第2の分離部分の少なくとも1つの交換に対応できるよう、締結時に前記本体連結部分を前記本体に連結し、取り外し時に前記ケーシングが取り外し可能になる締結要素をさらに備える、請求項11に記載のマウント組立体。
- 前記電源デバイスは、動作中に振動の周波数の範囲を有し、前記第1及び第2の分離部分はそれぞれ第1及び第2の固有調波周波数を備え、これらは前記電源デバイスの前記振動周波数の範囲内に収まらない、請求項8、9、10、11または12のいずれかに記載のマウント組立体。
- 前記第1または第2の分離部分のうちの少なくとも1つを交換するために利用され、前記電源デバイスの前記振動周波数の範囲内に収まらず、前記第1または第2の固有調波周波数とは異なる第3の固有調波周波数を備える交換用の分離部分をさらに備える、請求項13に記載のマウント組立体。
