Claims (17)
- 熱間圧延機からミルスケールを採取する方法であって、熱間圧延機は樋を含み、方法は、
廃水中のミルスケール粒子を搬送するステップと、
熱間圧延機の樋から廃水を回収するステップと、
分離器を用いて廃水からミルスケール粒子を分離するステップと、
を備える方法。 - 分離器が粗粒子分離器である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ミルスケール粒子を採取するステップをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 採取したミルスケールを脱水するステップ
をさらに備える、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 廃水が樋の中で高速で乱流であるかまたは流れている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 分離器が、再熱炉、スケールブレーカ、粗スタンド、冷却スタンド、または仕上スタンドより下流に設けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
