Claims (12)
- ロール軸に隣接して備えられ、前記ロール軸に向かって磁場を形成する支持ユニットと、
前記ロール軸に結合されており、前記支持ユニットと対面する一部分のみが磁性体で備えられ、磁気力によって磁化される磁力収容ユニットと、を含む、磁気軸受装置。 - 前記磁力収容ユニットは、
前記支持ユニットと対面するロール軸部分に備えられ、磁性体で形成された磁性部材と、
前記磁性部材が提供される部分以外のロール軸部分に備えられ、非磁性体で形成された非磁性部材と、を含む、請求項1に記載の磁気軸受装置。 - 前記磁力収容ユニットは、
前記ロール軸に嵌められ、前記磁性部材と非磁性部材が結合される軸外皮部材をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の磁気軸受装置。 - 前記磁性部材はシリンダー状に備えられており、
前記磁性部材の幅が、前記支持ユニットと対面するロール軸部分の幅と同一であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の磁気軸受装置。 - 前記磁性部材はディスク状に備えられており、
前記磁性部材は、前記支持ユニットと対面するロール軸部分の幅に相応する個数で提供されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の磁気軸受装置。 - 前記ロール軸が非磁性体で備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の磁気軸受装置。
- 前記支持ユニットは、
前記ロール軸に隣接して備えられ、前記ロール軸の軸方向及び半径方向の少なくとも1つの方向に前記ロール軸を支持する磁気支持部と、
前記磁気支持部と電気的に連結され、前記磁気支持部の振動量を測定して制御するセンサー部と、を含む、請求項1に記載の磁気軸受装置。 - 前記磁気支持部は、
前記ロール軸の半径方向に形成されており、前記ロール軸が回転する時に、前記ロール軸の半径方向に前記ロール軸を支持する半径方向磁気部材と、
前記ロール軸または前記ロール軸に嵌められる前記磁力収容ユニットの軸外皮部材に形成された段部と前記ロール軸の軸方向に対面するように備えられており、前記ロール軸が回転する時に、前記ロール軸の方向に前記ロール軸を支持する軸方向磁気部材と、を含む、請求項7に記載の磁気軸受装置。 - 前記支持ユニットは、
前記磁気支持部とセンサー部が結合されるハウジング部と、
前記ハウジング部または前記半径方向磁気部材の内側に結合され、内側直径が前記半径方向磁気部材の内側直径よりも小さく形成されたディスク状に備えられる半径方向タッチディスクと、をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の磁気軸受装置。 - 前記支持ユニットは、
前記軸方向磁気部材と前記ロール軸の段部との間に備えられるように、前記ハウジング部に結合される軸方向タッチディスクをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の磁気軸受装置。 - 前記磁力収容ユニットは、前記磁気支持部及びセンサー部と対面するロール軸部分にのみ、磁性体からなる磁性部材が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の磁気軸受装置。
- 溶融亜鉛が収容されるめっき槽と、
前記めっき槽に向かって引き込まれる鋼板の搬送経路上に備えられるポットロールと、
前記ポットロールのロール軸に備えられる請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の磁気軸受装置と、を含む溶融亜鉛めっき装置。
