Claims (10)
- ワークピース(100)を製造する方法であって、
− 所定の表面構造(2)を有する基板(1)を提供するステップと、
− 前記表面構造(2)が、製造される前記ワークピース(100)の基面(3)を画定するように、前記表面構造(2)上に前記ワークピース(100)用の材料(5)を生成的製造するステップであって、生成的製造は堆積溶接によって実行され、および前記基面(3)は、製作される前記ワークピース(100)の輪郭(4)に対して、前記ワークピース(100)の少なくとも部分的に内側の面である、生成的製造するステップと、
− 前記基板(1)を分離させるステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記提供するステップは、前記基面(3)を画定するための前記表面構造(2)が、100μm未満の寸法を有する少なくとも1つの表面構造要素(10)を有するような方法で実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記材料(5)が、ニッケル基またはコバルト基超合金またはそのための出発材料である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ワークピース(100)が、高温耐性部品である、請求項1から3の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。
- 前記提供するステップは、前記基板(1)が前記表面構造(2)を形成するセラミックを含むような方法で実行される、請求項1から4の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。
- 前記提供するステップは、前記表面構造(2)が主成分として耐熱金属を含むような方法で実行される、請求項1から4の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。
- 前記表面構造(2)が、電子ビーム溶融によって製造される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記提供するステップは、前記表面構造(2)が、例えば主成分としてアルミニウムまたは銅を有する選択的レーザ溶融によって製造されるような方法で実行される、請求項1から4の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。
- 前記生成的製造するステップは、レーザ粉末堆積溶接によって実行され、前記生成的製造の間に、粉末焦点(7)が前記表面構造(2)とレーザ焦点(8)との間に確立される、請求項1から8の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って製造された、または製造可能であるワークピース(100)。
