Claims (24)
- アノードグレードのコークスを製造する方法であって、
(i)供給原料を溶媒脱アスファルトして、アスファルトフラクションおよび脱アスファルト(DAO)フラクションを第1の反応チャンバ内で生成させる工程;
(ii)前記DAOフラクションおよびアスファルトフラクションを、別個の、第2、第3、および第4の反応チャンバ内で処理する工程:
(iii)前記DAOフラクションを、前記第2反応チャンバ内で水素化処理または水素化分解して硫黄及び窒素を除去し、前記DAO中に含まれる370℃超の沸点を有するあらゆる炭化水素を蒸留する工程;
(iv)水素化処理された、または未変換の、あらゆるDAOフラクションを、第3のチャンバ内でディレイドコーキングに供する工程;および
(v)前記アスファルトフラクションを、前記第4の反応チャンバ内で酸素及び蒸気と混合することによってガス化させ、水素を生成させる工程;
を含む方法。 - 工程(iv)で生成されたあらゆるコークスをガス化させる工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

- アノードグレードのコークスを製造する方法であって、
(i)供給原料を溶媒脱アスファルトして、アスファルトフラクションおよび脱アスファルト(DAO)フラクションを第1の反応チャンバ内で生成させる工程;
(ii)前記DAOフラクションおよびアスファルトフラクションを、別個の、第2、第3、および第4の反応チャンバ内で処理する工程:
(iii)前記DAOフラクションを、第2チャンバ内で水素化処理または水素化分解して硫黄及び窒素を除去し、前記DAO中に含まれる370℃超の沸点を有するあらゆる炭化水素を蒸留する工程;
(iv)水素化処理された、または未変換の、あらゆるDAOフラクションを、第3のチャンバ内でディレイドコーキングに供する工程;および
(v)前記アスファルトフラクションを、前記第4の反応チャンバ内で酸化させて高級アスファルトを生成させる工程;または
(vi)前記アスファルトフラクションを、前記第3の反応チャンバ内でディレイドコーキングに供して、燃料グレードのコークスを製造する工程;
を含む方法。
