Description
Claims (8)
- 金属、硫黄および窒素を含有する望ましくないヘテロ原子化合物の含有量を低減する原油フィードの品質改良法であって、
a.原油を加熱し、および加熱原油フィードをフラッシュしてフラッシュ直留蒸留画分および大気残留画分を製造する工程;
b.大気残留画分を沸騰床反応域において水素および沸騰床反応器触媒の存在下で水素化処理して沸騰床反応器流出物流を製造する工程、ここで、沸騰床反応域は単一のまたは直列に操作される多重の沸騰床反応器を含有し、単一または多重の沸騰床反応器のための操作条件は0.1kg/m3のフィード〜5kg/m3のフィードの触媒置換割合を含み、沸騰床反応器触媒は0.30〜1.50cc/gmの細孔体積の合計を有し;100〜400m2/gの全表面積を有し;および少なくとも50オングストロームの平均細孔径を有し、および沸騰床反応器触媒は周期律表の元素群VIB、VIIBおよびVIIIBからなる群から選択され、担体材料はアルミナ、シリカアルミナ、シリカおよびゼオライトからなる群から選択され;
c.沸騰床反応器流出物を、水素を含有する水素化処理生成物、再循環油流れおよび未変換残留物流れへ分離する工程;
d.固定床水素化処理域において水素を含有する水素化処理生成物流およびフラッシュ直留蒸留画分の組み合わせた流れを水素化処理触媒の存在下で水素化処理装置において水素化処理して水素化処理流出物を製造する工程、ここで、水素化処理生成物流からの水素の一部は、水素化処理反応のための必要水素の少なくとも一部を形成する;
e.水素化処理流出物を分離して軽質ガス流および水素化処理蒸留物流を製造する工程;および
f.水素化処理蒸留物流および未変換残留物流を組み合わせて合成原油生成物を製造する工程;および
g.軽質ガス流を精製し、および精製軽質ガス流を沸騰床反応器へ水素化処理のための水素ガス源として再循環する工程
を含む方法。 - 工程bにおいて、補充水素を沸騰床反応域に導入する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 再循環油流れを沸騰床反応域へ再循環する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 水素化処理生成物流に含まれる水素は、固定床水素化処理域において水素化処理のための唯一の供給源である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- フラッシュ直留蒸留物は、ナフサおよび300℃〜400℃の範囲のカットポイント未満で沸騰するガス油画分を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 沸騰床反応器のための操作条件は、
100バール〜200バールの全圧;
350℃〜500℃の操作温度;
0.1h−1〜2.0h−1の液体時間空間速度;および
フィード1リットル当たり700標準リットル〜フィード1リットル当たり2500標準リットルの水素−フィード比を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 固定床水素化処理域は、単一固定床反応器または直列に操作される多重固定床反応器を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固定床反応器のための操作条件は、
100バール〜200バールの全圧;
350℃〜450℃の操作温度;
0.1h−1〜2.0h−1の液体時間空間速度;および
フィード1リットル当たり700標準リットル〜フィード1リットル当たり2500標準リットルの水素−フィード比
を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
