Abstract
【解決手段】原油1を加熱し、及び加熱原油フィード2をフラッシュしてフラッシュ直留蒸留画分3及び大気残留画分4を製造し、大気残留画分4を沸騰床反応器10において水素化処理するが、フラッシュ直留蒸留画分3及び沸騰床反応域から製造された生成物画分11を固定床反応器40において水素化処理し、水素化処理器からの残留物16及び沸騰床反応域からの未変換残留物画分12を組み合わせて改良された合成石油17を製造する方法。

Claims (9)
- 金属、硫黄および窒素を含有する望ましくないヘテロ原子化合物の含有量を低減する原油フィードの品質改良法であって、
a.原油を加熱し、および加熱原油フィードをフラッシュしてフラッシュ直留蒸留画分および大気残留画分を製造する工程;
b.大気残留画分を沸騰床反応域において水素および沸騰床反応器触媒の存在下で水素化処理して沸騰床反応器流出物流を製造する工程、ここで、補充水素を必要に応じて導入する;
c.沸騰床反応器流出物を、水素を含有する水素化処理生成物、再生油流れおよび未変換残留物流れへ分離する工程;
d.固定床水素化処理域において水素を含有する水素化処理生成物流およびフラッシュ直留蒸留画分の組み合わせた流れを水素化処理触媒の存在下で水素化処理装置において水素化処理して水素化処理流出物を製造する工程、ここで、水素化処理生成物流からの水素は、水素化処理反応のための必要水素の少なくとも一部を形成する;
e.水素化処理流出物を分離して軽質ガス流および水素化処理蒸留物流を製造する工程;および
f.軽質ガス流を精製し、および精製軽質ガス流を沸騰床反応器へ水素化処理のための水素ガス源として再生する工程
を含む方法。 - 水素化処理蒸留物流および未変換残留物流を組み合わせて合成原油生成物を製造する工程を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 再生油流れを沸騰床反応域へ再生する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 水素化処理生成物流に含まれる水素は、固定床水素化処理域において水素化処理のための唯一の供給源である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- フラッシュ直留蒸留物は、ナフサおよび300℃〜400℃の範囲のカットポイント未満で沸騰するガス油画分を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 沸騰床反応域は、直列に操作される単一沸騰反応器または多重沸騰床反応器を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 沸騰床反応器のための操作条件は、
約100バール〜約200バールの全圧;
約350℃〜約500℃の操作温度;
約0.1h−1〜約2.0h−1の液体時間空間速度;
フィード1リットル当たり約700標準リットル〜フィード1リットル当たり約2500標準リットルの水素−フィード比;および
約0.1kg/m3のフィード〜約5kg/m3のフィードの触媒置換速度
を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 固定床水素化処理域は、直列に操作された単一固定床反応器または多重固定床反応器を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固定床反応器のための操作条件は、
約100バール〜約200バールの全圧;
約350℃〜約450℃の操作温度;
約0.1h−1〜約2.0h−1の液体時間空間速度;および
フィード1リットル当たり約700標準リットル〜フィード1リットル当たり約2500標準リットルの水素−フィード比
を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
