Abstract
Description
1)電池によって駆動されるポンプのような重い機械的装置の使用は回避されるか、または、最小限にされるべきである。患者は、この装置を、あらゆる処置時刻に携行可能であるべきである。

Claims (8)
- 患者、例えば、うっ血性心不全により水分過剰の患者の限外濾過を実行する装置であって、
前記患者の腹腔へのアクセスのための腹腔カテーテル・コネクタ(3)への接続のための患者コネクタ(11)を有する患者ライン(12)と、
腹腔液の前記腹腔からの取り出しおよび前記腹腔への戻しのために前記患者ライン(12)に接続された希釈容器(16)と、
前記希釈容器(16)の内容物と混合されるべき濃縮グルコースを含むグルコース容器(25)であって、その混合物がその後に前記腹腔に導入される、該グルコース容器(25)と、
各時点で前記患者から取り出された流体の量に比例する量のグルコースを量るための計量デバイスと
を含み、これにより、前記腹腔内のグルコースの濃度を実質的に一定に保つようにグルコースが断続的に補充される装置。 - 前記希釈容器は、引込可能なピストンと、該ピストンの操作のためのシリンジ・ステム(17)とを有するシリンジ(16)であり、
前記装置は更に、UF容器(24)、第1の弁(29)、および、第2の弁(20)を含み、
前記第1の弁(29)は、第1の位置では前記シリンジ(16)を前記患者チューブ(12)に接続させ、第2の位置では前記シリンジ(16)を前記第2の弁(20)に接続させるように構成され、
第2の弁(20)は、第1の位置では前記第1の弁(29)を前記UF容器(24)に接続させ、第2の位置では前記第1の弁(29)を前記グルコース容器(25)に接続させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記グルコース容器および前記UF容器はそれぞれシリンジ(24、25)として構成され、これらのシリンジ(24、25)はそれぞれ、対応するピストンに取り付けられたシリンジ・ステム(36、37)と、前記ピストンの動きを各シリンジの内側で制限するために前記シリンジ・ステムに沿って移動可能であるように配置されたナット(38、39)とを有する、請求項1または2に記載の装置。

グルコース・バッグは、一定の容積を有するエンクロージャ(71)と、該エンクロージャを2つのコンパートメントに分ける隔壁(72)とを有し、前記2つのコンパートメントのうちの第1のコンパートメント(73)は濃縮グルコースを含み、前記2つのコンパートメントのうちの第2のコンパートメント(74)は腹腔液を含み、前記第2のコンパートメント(74)への腹腔液の導入は、等しい体積の濃縮グルコースを前記第1のコンパートメント(73)から排出させる、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記希釈容器は、シリンジ・ステム(58)によって操作されるピストンを有し、前記患者ライン(12)に接続された希釈シリンジ(57)を含み、ピストンおよびシリンジ・ステムを有し、逆止弁(61)を介して前記患者ライン(12)に接続され、更に、第2の逆止弁(62)を介して複合バッグ(82)に接続された限外濾過シリンジ(81)を更に含み、該複合バッグは、限外濾過液のための第1のコンパートメントと、濃縮グルコースを含む第2のコンパートメント84とを有し、前記第1のコンパートメントでの限外濾過液の流入が濃縮グルコースの流出を生じさせ、流入と流出との間の比率は一定で、1より大きく、例えば、5:1である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 患者、例えば、うっ血性心不全により水分過剰の患者の限外濾過を実行する方法であって、
前記患者の腹腔から限外濾過量を取り出すことと、
前記患者の腹腔から希釈容器へ腹腔液を取り出すことと、
各時点で前記患者から取り出された前記限外濾過量に比例する量のグルコースを前記希釈容器へ加えることと、
前記希釈容器内の腹腔液およびグルコースの前記混合物を前記患者の前記腹腔に戻すことと、
前記方法ステップを繰り返すことと
を含む方法。 - 前記方法ステップは、10分から60分の間、例えば、約30分間隔で繰り返される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 比例定数が各患者毎について経験的に決定される、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
