Description
軸上に載置される第1及び第2プーリを有し、エンジンによる動力を受けるクランク軸と、
軸上に載置される第3及び第4プーリ並びに第1及び第2ギヤを有するプライマリシャフトと、
第1及び第3プーリを接続し、1速及び2速の伝達のための第1伝動ベルトと、
第2及び第4プーリを接続し、3速及び4速の伝達のための第2伝動ベルトと、
駆動輪に接続され、プライマリシャフトの第1及び第2ギヤにそれぞれ係合する第3及び第4ギヤを含むセカンダリシャフトと、
を備え、
第1及び第3ギヤは、1速及び3速を伝達するのに適するとともに、第2及び第4ギヤは、2速及び4速を伝達するのに適しており、
3速及び4速の伝達を作動する第1同期装置と、
2速及び4速の伝達を作動する第2作動同期装置と、
をさらに備え、
それぞれのプーリ及びギヤ上において、第1フリーホイールが3速及び4速の伝達に対して設けられ、第2フリーホイールが1速及び3速の伝達に対して設けられることを特徴とする。
作動し、そして、2速及び4速の伝達に適した一対のギヤ、すなわち、第2及び第4ギヤ19、21を同期させることにより介入する。
Claims (11)
- エンジンにより生成される動力を駆動輪、特に、二輪車の後輪に伝達する変速手段として前記二輪車に載置される二輪車用4速変速機(1)であって、
軸上に載置される第1及び第2プーリ(9、10)を有し、エンジンによる動力を受けるクランク軸(2)と、
軸上に載置される第3及び第4プーリ(10、14)並びに第1及び第2ギヤ(18、19)を有するプライマリシャフト(3)と、
前記第1及び第3プーリ(9、12)を接続し、1速及び2速の伝達のための第1伝動ベルト(11)と、
前記第2及び第4プーリ(10、14)を接続し、3速及び4速の伝達のための第2伝動ベルト(13)と、
駆動輪に接続され、前記プライマリシャフト(3)の前記第1及び第2ギヤ(18、19)にそれぞれ係合するように軸上に載置される第3及び第4ギヤ(20、21)を有するセカンダリシャフト(4)と、
を備え、
前記第1及び第3ギヤ(18、20)は、前記1速及び3速を伝達するのに適するとともに、前記第2及び第4ギヤ(19、21)は、前記2速及び4速を伝達するのに適しており、
前記3速及び4速の伝達を作動する第1同期装置(16)と、
前記2速及び4速の伝達を作動する第2作動同期装置(17)と、
をさらに備え、
前記それぞれのプーリ及びギヤ上において、第1フリーホイール(15)は、前記3速及び4速の伝達に対して設けられ、第2フリーホイール(22)は、前記1速及び3速の伝達に対して設けられる、

前記第1同期装置(16)を作動する、
二輪車用4速変速機(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の二輪車用4速変速機(1)において、
前記第1同期装置(16)は、前記クランク軸(2)に組み付けられる、
二輪車用4速変速機(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の二輪車用4速変速機(1)において、
前記第2同期装置(17)は、前記プライマリシャフト(3)に組み付けられる、
二輪車用4速変速機(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の二輪車用4速変速機(1)において、
前記第1フリーホイール(15)は、前記第3プーリ(12)において前記プライマリシャフト(3)上に組み付けられる、
二輪車用4速変速機(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の4速変速機(1)において、
前記第2フリーホイール(22)は、前記第3ギヤ(20)において前記セカンダリシャフト(4)上に組み付けられる、
二輪車用4速変速機(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の4速変速機(1)において、
前記第2フリーホイール(22)は、前記第1ギヤ(18)において前記プライマリシャフト(3)に組み付けられる、
二輪車用4速変速機(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の4速変速機(1)において、
前記第1及び第2伝動ベルト(11、13)は、歯付ベルトからなる同期ベルトであり、前記プーリ(9、10、12、14)には、同期変速機の動作を実行するために歯が設けられている、
二輪車用4速変速機(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の4速変速機(1)において、
前記クランク軸(2)は、遠心クラッチ(8)を備える、
二輪車用4速変速機(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の4速変速機(1)において、
前記セカンダリシャフト(4)は、減速比を決定する一対のギヤ(6、7)によって、駆動輪に直接接続されるハブシャフト(5)に係合する、
二輪車用4速変速機(1)。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の4速変速機を含む、二輪車又はスクーター型車両。
