Claims (12)
- 特に成形同時充填法によって充填されて閉じられた容器を製造するための方法であって、
ブローマンドレルを用いてブロー成形及び/又は真空成形された最初は開いている、成形型(46)内に保持された容器部(52)は、上方に向けられている開放した容器部開口部(54)を通して性質、特に粘性の異なる媒体(74、76)が配量ユニット(12、14)を用いて順次充填され、
前記容器部(52)内で充填された前記媒体(74、76)が互いに分離され、続いて前記成形型(46)の頭部割型(56、58)を閉じることにより、容器頭部(60)が成形され、及び前記容器部(52)が閉じられて容器が形成される方法。 - 前記容器部(52)内に充填される少なくとも1種類の媒体(74)は、軟膏状物質、クリーム又はジェルなどの高粘性物質であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記容器部(52)に充填される少なくとも1種類の別の媒体(76)も同様に軟膏状物質、クリーム、ジェルなどの高粘性物質から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記容器部(52)にそれぞれ充填される媒体(74、76)は、充填時に境を接する媒体(74、76)間に生じる分離層(75)がクレーターのないように形成されることにより、隣接して境を接する媒体(74、76)の間で混和を来さないように上下に配置されて供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- それぞれの媒体(74、76)は、容積配量ユニット(10、12)を用いて設定可能な量で前記容器部(52)内に、好ましくは実質的に空気を封入することなく充填されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記容器部(52)に充填されるそれぞれの前記媒体(74、76)は、それぞれ割当て可能な配量ユニット(10、12)によって供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 割当て可能な配量ユニット(10、12)はそれぞれの媒体(74、76)を充填する順番で開放した前記容器部開口部(54)上に順次動かされ、第1の配量ユニット(10)は初期位置から出て前記容器部(52)の開放した前記容器部開口部(54)上の放出位置に移動し、開放した前記容器部開口部(54)を通して第1の媒体(74)が前記容器部(52)の内部に放出され、続いてその初期位置に戻ること、及びその後で第2の配量ユニット(12)と場合によりその他の配量ユニットは順番にそれらの初期位置から開放した前記容器部開口部(54)へ媒体放出過程のための放出位置に移動して、再び初期位置に戻ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 個々の配量ユニット(10、12)の移動経路は互いに異なって選択され、媒体放出過程のための定置された空いている前記容器部開口部(54)上の放出位置のみ共通に占めることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 配量ユニット(12)によって前記容器部(52)内に最後に媒体(76)が放出された後、該媒体(76)上に好ましくは球(64)の形をした閉止部材が置かれ、続いて容器頭部(60)を形成し、容器は充填された媒体(74、76)及び閉止部材(64)と一緒に閉じられて、製造型(46、48、50、56、58)から取り出されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 特に請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の方法を実施するための装置において、
それぞれ1つの容器部(52)内にその開放した開口部(54)を通して充填される放出媒体(74、76)に対する少なくとも2つの配量ユニット(10、12)は、それぞれ1つの変位ユニット(38)上に固持されており、この変位ユニット(38)は少なくとも1つの駆動手段(26、28、30)によってリンクガイド(20)の傾斜ガイド(22)を介してそれぞれの配量ユニット(10、12)を初期位置から容器部開口部(54)上の放出位置に動かして再び戻すことを特徴とする装置。 - それぞれの傾斜ガイド(22)はリンクガイド(20)の部分として、スピンドル駆動装置(26)を備えたベースラック(18)内で延びており、スピンドル駆動装置(26)はコンソール(34)を垂直方向に動かし、コンソール(34)には変位ユニット(38)が割り当てられた配量ユニット(10、12)と共に水平方向に移動可能に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 容器、特に請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の方法により、請求項10又は11に記載の装置を用いて製造された容器において、
閉止された容器部(52)に少なくとも2種類の媒体(74、76)が上下に配置され互いに分離して収容されている容器。
