Description
Claims (19)
- 圧縮部、張力部、接着部、及び前記接着部と接触しかつ前記圧縮部と前記張力部との間に埋設された抗張心線、アングルドサイド、及び約2の幅厚比を有する主ベルト本体を有するエンドレスゴム製CVTベルトであって;前記圧縮部、前記張力部及び前記接着部の少なくとも1つが飽和エチレン−α−オレフィンエラストマー、ステープル繊維、及びパルプ繊維を含むエラストマー組成物を含む、前記ベルト。
- 前記ステープル繊維がアラミドステープル繊維であり、前記パルプ繊維がアラミドパルプ繊維である、請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 前記アラミドステープル繊維がパラ系アラミドであり、前記アラミドパルプ繊維がパラ系アラミドである、請求項2に記載のベルト。
- 前記エチレン−α−オレフィンエラストマーのα−オレフィンがオクテン又はブテンである、請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 前記エチレン−α−オレフィンエラストマーが75重量%未満の範囲のエチレン含有量及び190℃で2.16kgを用いたASTM D1238−13に基づいて5g/10分未満の溶融流量を有するエチレン−オクテンエラストマーである、請求項4に記載のベルト。
- アラミドステープル繊維とアラミドパルプ繊維との合計量が組成物の3〜19容量パーセント及び1〜65phrである、請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 前記エチレン−α−オレフィンエラストマーが60.0重量%〜65.0重量%の範囲のエチレン含有量を有するエチレン−ブテンエラストマーである、請求項4に記載のベルト。
- アラミドパルプ繊維の容積がエラストマー組成物中のステープル繊維にパルプ繊維を加えた合計容積の40%未満である、請求項2に記載のベルト。
- アラミドパルプ繊維の重量がエラストマー組成物中のステープル繊維にパルプ繊維を加えた合計重量の40%未満である、請求項2に記載のベルト。
- 前記ベルトが動的軸方向剛性試験において5.0kN/mmより大きい剛性を示す、請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 前記ベルトがゲイツ圧縮試験において90℃で5.0kN/mm以上及び室温で6.0kN/mmより大きい剛性を示す、請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 全体的なベルト厚が15mm未満である、請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 心線位置がベルトの下側に対してよりも背側に対して近い、請求項12に記載のベルト。
- 主ベルト本体を有するエンドレス動力伝達ベルトであって、前記主ベルト本体が:
前記ベルト本体に埋設された抗張心線、及び
エラストマー、高モジュラスステープル繊維、及び高モジュラスパルプ繊維を含むエラストマー組成物;前記高モジュラスパルプ繊維は高モジュラスステープル繊維と高モジュラスパルプ繊維との合計量の40%未満を構成する、
を含む、前記エンドレス動力伝達ベルト。 - 歯付きベルト、Vベルト又はマルチVリブドベルトの形態である、請求項14に記載の動力伝達ベルト。
- 前記エラストマーがエチレン−α−オレフィンエラストマーであり、ステープル繊維とパルプ繊維との合計量がエラストマー組成物の3〜19容量%である、請求項14に記載のベルト。
- 前記エラストマーが飽和エチレン−α−オレフィンエラストマーである、請求項14に記載のベルト。
- 前記エラストマー組成物がさらに存在する全エラストマーの50重量%未満で他のエラストマーを含む、請求項14に記載のベルト。
- 前記高モジュラスステープル繊維及び高モジュラスパルプ繊維が両方ともアラミド繊維である、請求項14に記載のベルト。
