Description
Claims (16)
- a)溶媒およびα-ヒドロキシカルボン酸、α-ヒドロキシカルボン酸エステル、β-ヒドロキシカルボン酸、β-ヒドロキシカルボン酸エステル、その環状エステル、およびアセトキシル化酸またはそのエステルから選択される少なくとも1つのメンバーを含む反応物を提供する工程;
b)表面酸性度を有する多孔質または結晶性アルミノシリケート材料を提供する工程;
c)前記多孔質または結晶性アルミノシリケート材料を無機塩で処理して、前記表面酸性度を少なくとも50%(温度プログラム脱着技術によって測定)まで低下させる工程;
d)脱水反応を周囲温度以上で行って、70%の最小選択率でα,β-不飽和カルボン酸またはα,β-不飽和カルボン酸エステル、20%の最大選択率でアセトアルデヒド、1.0%未満の最大選択率で2,3-ペンタンジオン;および1.0%未満の最大選択率でプロピオン酸を生成する工程;
を含む方法。 - 多孔質アルミノシリケート材料が、1:1〜1:150の比でアルミナおよびシリカを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記無機塩が、リン酸塩、硫酸塩、硝酸塩、炭酸塩、ハロゲン化物、モリブデン酸塩、タングステン酸塩、スズ酸塩、アンチモン酸塩、それらの任意の組合せから選択される少なくとも1つから選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質アルミノシリケート材料が、初期含浸法により前記無機塩で処理される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質アルミノシリケート材料が、湿式含浸法により前記無機塩で処理される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記無機塩が、リン酸モノナトリウム、リン酸ジナトリウム、リン酸トリナトリウム、リン酸カリウム、リン酸アルミニウムナトリウム、およびそれらの任意の組合せから選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質アルミノシリケート材料の表面酸性度の一部が、ブレンステッド酸性度である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質アルミノシリケート材料の表面酸性度の一部が、ルイス酸性度である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記脱水反応が、250℃〜400℃の温度範囲で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記脱水反応が、4000−40,000/時間の単位時間当りの気体空間速度で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質アルミノシリケート材料が、ゼオライトA、ゼオライトB、ゼオライトL、ゼオライトX、ゼオライトY、ゼオライトZK-4、モルデナイト、ベータおよびゼオライトZSM-5から選択されるゼオライトである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質アルミノシリケート材料が、ZSM-5である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質アルミノシリケート材料が、少なくとも1回のイオン交換に付されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質アルミノシリケート材料が、H+、Li+、Na+、K+、Cs+、Mg2+、Ca2+、Ba2+、 La2+、La3+、Ce2+、Ce3+、Sm2+、Sm3+、Eu2+、Eu3+、およびそれらの組み合わせから選択される少なくとも1つのイオンと結合する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 脱水反応が、二酸化炭素、ヘリウム、窒素およびそれらの任意の組み合わせから選択されるキャリアガスの存在下で起こる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 脱水反応が、チタン、シラン処理されたステンレス鋼、石英、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせがから選択される少なくとも1つを含む反応材料を含む反応器中で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
