Abstract
Description
国際公開第2014/186912号は、流体の流れを測定するための、長尺体上に位置する流量センサ構成を開示しており、1つ以上の流量センサが、異なる空間方向に沿って流れを測定するように、長尺体上に配置されている。
米国特許第5855577号は、人体の腔及び臓器内でレーザー療法を用いるための、弓形の一体化されたワイヤカテーテル装置を開示している。装置は、少なくとも1つの中空のルーメンを有する主カテーテルシャフトと、外側弓形側壁と、内側弓形側壁と、を備える。外側弓形側壁は、外側弓形側壁上に配置された1つ以上の案内孔を有し、1つ以上の案内孔を通して、レーザー放出装置を選択された表面へと制御可能に前進させることによって、選択された表面上にレーザーを選択的にもたらす。
Claims (15)
- 遠位先端部を備える長尺体と、
前記長尺体内に配置され、前記長尺体に配置されたルーメン開口を備える、ルーメンと、
前記長尺体の側方に配置された一以上のセンサと、
を備え、
前記長尺体が、少なくとも部分的に湾曲された部分を備え、前記一以上のセンサの少なくとも一つが、前記少なくとも部分的に湾曲された部分に配置されるカテーテル。 - 前記ルーメン開口は、前記長尺体の前記遠位先端部近辺において、前記長尺体の側方に配置された側方ルーメン開口を備える、又は、前記側方ルーメン開口として構成される、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記ルーメン開口は、前記少なくとも部分的に湾曲された部分に配置され、及び/又は、
前記一以上のセンサは、一以上の流量センサ及び一以上の超音波センサの少なくとも一つを備える、又は、一以上の流量センサ及び一以上の超音波センサの少なくとも一つとして構成される、請求項1又は2に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記少なくとも部分的に湾曲された部分は、直線区間を備え、前記ルーメン開口及び/又は前記一以上のセンサの少なくとも一つは、前記少なくとも部分的に湾曲された部分の前記直線区間に配置される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記少なくとも部分的に湾曲された部分は、円弧区間を備え、前記ルーメン開口及び/又は前記一以上のセンサの少なくとも一つは、前記少なくとも部分的に湾曲された部分の前記円弧区間に配置される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記一以上のセンサの少なくとも一つは、前記長尺体の長手方向において、前記ルーメン開口と同じ場所に配置され、かつ、前記長尺体の周囲方向において、前記ルーメン開口と異なる場所に配置される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記長尺体は、直線部を備え、前記ルーメン開口は、前記直線部の長手方向に対して垂直な方向において、前記直線部から離れた位置に配置される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記カテーテルは、前記少なくとも部分的に湾曲された部分の形状、例えば前記少なくとも部分的に湾曲された部分の半径などを調節するよう構成された調節部を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記カテーテルは、前記長尺体内に少なくとも一つの第2のルーメンを備え、及び/又は、
前記カテーテルは、前記ルーメン内に滑り面を備え、前記滑り面は、前記ルーメン開口に向かって延びるよう構成された、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記一以上のセンサの少なくとも一つは、解剖学的領域又は構造の位置を測定するよう構成された、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記解剖学的領域又は構造は、血管の側枝、血管の狭窄、又は、心臓弁を含む、又は、そのいずれかである、請求項10に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記一以上のセンサの少なくとも一つは、前記カテーテルが挿入されている血管内の血流変化を検知し、検知した血流変化から解剖学的領域又は構造の位置を求めるよう構成された、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記カテーテルは、制御部を備え、前記制御部は、前記一以上のセンサの少なくとも一つの出力に基づいて、前記ルーメン開口を解剖学的領域又は構造の位置に合わせる前記カテーテルの場所及び/又は位置を測定するように構成され、例えば、前記制御部は、前記一以上のセンサの少なくとも一つの出力に基づいて、前記ルーメン開口を血管の側枝口の位置に合わせる、又は、前記ルーメン開口が心臓弁の中心に面する、前記カテーテルの場所及び/又は位置を測定するよう構成された、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記カテーテルが血管に導入されると、前記ルーメン開口及び/又は前記一以上のセンサの少なくとも一つが配置された前記カテーテルの部位は、前記血管の中心から、前記血管の長手方向に対して垂直な方向に逸れる、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の前記カテーテルと、
前記カテーテルの前記ルーメンに導入されるよう構成された医療機器と、を備えるカテーテルシステム。
