Description
Claims (15)
- ハウジング(11)と、前記ハウジング(11)内に配置される少なくとも2つのエジェクタ(2、3、41、42)とを含み、各エジェクタ(2、3、41、42)は、輸送口(4、5)と、吸引口(6、7)と、出口(8、9)と、弁体(23、24、43、44)とを有する、エジェクタ配置(1、40)において、前記弁体(23、24、41、42)の少なくとも2つと係合して前記輸送口(4、5)を開放するように配置される共通アクチュエータ(25、55)を含むことを特徴とする、エジェクタ配置(1、40)。
- 前記共通アクチュエータ(25、55)は、前記共通アクチュエータ(25、55)が共通軸(13)に沿って移動される場合、別の弁体(24、44)の前に少なくとも1つの弁体(23、43)と係合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエジェクタ配置(1、40)。
- 各エジェクタ(2、3、41、42)は、前記吸引口(6、7)においてチェック弁又は逆止弁(21、22)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のエジェクタ配置(1、40)。
- 前記ハウジング(11)は、共通軸(13)を中心とする円筒体(12)を含み、及び前記エジェクタ(2、3、41、42)は、前記共通軸(13)を中心とする円形路上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のエジェクタ配置(1、40)。
- 少なくとも1つのエジェクタ(2、3、41、42)は、残りのエジェクタ(2、3、41、42)よりも大きい流量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のエジェクタ配置(1)。
- 共通吸引ライン(18)は、前記エジェクタ(2、3、41、42)の全ての吸引口(6、7)に接続される前記ハウジング(11)の端面(19)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のエジェクタ配置(1、40)。
- 全ての輸送口(4、5)に接続される共通輸送ライン(10)は、前記ハウジング(11)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のエジェクタ配置(1、40)。
- 前記共通アクチュエータ(25、55)が開放方向に移動される場合、前記共通アクチュエータ(25、55)は、先に開放された輸送口(4)が完全に開放された後にのみ、次の輸送口(5)を開放し始めることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のエジェクタ配置(1、40)。
- 前記共通アクチュエータ(25、55)が開放方向に移動される場合、前記共通アクチュエータ(25、55)は、先に開放された輸送口(4)が完全に開放される前に、次の輸送口(5)を開放し始めることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のエジェクタ配置(1、40)。
- 少なくとも2つの輸送口(4、5)は、前記共通アクチュエータ(2、55)が共通軸(13)に沿って移動される場合、前記共通アクチュエータ(25、55)によって並行して開放されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のエジェクタ配置(1、40)。
- 前記共通アクチュエータ(25、55)は、パイロット弁を含み、パイロット流れは、電動弁によって制御されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のエジェクタ配置(1、40)。
- 前記共通アクチュエータ(25、55)は、複数のオリフィス(36、49、50)であって、それぞれが弁体(23、24)を収容する、複数のオリフィス(36、49、50)を有する駆動要素(26、56)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のエジェクタ配置(1、40)。
- 共通軸(13)に沿った前記オリフィス(49、50)の少なくとも2つの長さは異なっていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のエジェクタ配置(40)。
- 前記弁体(23、24)は、より大きい断面を有する部分(31、32)と、より小さい断面を有する部分(33、34)とを含み、少なくとも2つの弁体(23、24)は、共通軸(13)に沿って異なる長さを有する、より小さい断面を有する部分(33、34)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のエジェクタ配置(1)。
- 前記ハウジング(11)は、周囲壁部(16)を含み、前記出口(8、9)は、前記周囲壁部(15)の径方向外側に配置され、及び前記吸引口(6、7)は、前記周囲壁部(16)の径方向内側に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のエジェクタ配置(1、40)。
