Abstract
Description

Claims (12)
- 精製HCNを製造するための方法であって、水、HCN、及び有機ニトリル類を含む反応生成物を分離容器に供給する工程と、前記反応生成物の液体後流を前記分離容器から取り出し、前記液体後流を副流ストリッパ内に供給する工程と、前記副流ストリッパに充分な熱を与えて前記有機ニトリル類及び水から前記HCNの分離を行う工程と、前記副流ストリッパから前記有機ニトリル類をパージする工程と、前記HCNを前記分離容器及び精製装置の少なくとも一方に戻す工程と、精製HCNを回収する工程と、を含む、方法。
- 前記副流ストリッパが、充填されたベッドを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記副流ストリッパが、トレーを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱が、前記副流ストリッパに蒸気を直接注入することにより供給される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱が、蒸気による間接的な加熱により供給される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記反応生成物が、メタン、酸素の供給源、及びアンモニアを反応させることによって生成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記HCNの生産量の増大につながる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記HCNの生産量の増大が約2%の増大である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記反応生成物が、プロピレン、酸素の供給源、及びアンモニアを反応させることによって生成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
