Description
― 機械によって実際に供給されるトルクの推定値を計算すること、
― 保持されている最終の慣性値を使用することによって、保持されている速度値を更新すること、
― 測定された速度と保持されている速度との差異に応じて、保持されている慣性値を更新すること。
ここで、
― Jは同期されるべきシャフトの慣性であり、
―
はシャフトの角加速度、即ちシャフトの回転速度の導関数であり、
― Tは電気機械によってシャフト上に生成されたトルクである。
― 曲線に沿った速度ωの変化(曲線i)
― 本方法による、慣性Jの直接の計算結果(曲線j)
― 最も低い数値における同期設定点トルクT(曲線k)。
― 例えば、同期アルゴリズムから得られる設定点をフィルタリングすることによって、機械によって実際に供給されるトルクの推定値を計算するステップ
― 保持されている最終の慣性値を使用することによって、保持されている速度を更新するステップ
― 測定された速度と保持されている速度との間の差異に応じて、保持されている慣性の値を更新するステップ。
― 慣性が低下したことを観測することによって熱機関が連結解除したかどうかをチェックすること、または
― (機関の慣性に変換された)車両の慣性の変化に基づいて、新たなギアへの係合を確保すること。
Claims (7)
- ギアボックスの2つのシャフトの同期の準備段階の最後に、2つのシャフトの速度差を、前記シャフトの機械的係合が可能な範囲に至らしめるようにトルクが制御されているトラクション機械によって、あるギア比に係合するために枢要な役割を果たす、ギアボックスアクチュエータの位置をモニタリングする方法であって、前記2つのシャフトのうちの1つで測定された速度が、前記ギアボックスアクチュエータに、及び前記機械のトルクの推定値に応じて予期される値に関連して、前記シャフト上で保持されている慣性の値に応じて保持されている速度に収束することを確保することによって、前記アクチュエータのニュートラルへのシフト切り替えが、ギア比変更の間にモニタリングされることを特徴とする、位置をモニタリングする方法。
- ― 前記機械によって実際に供給される前記トルクの推定値を計算する工程、
― 保持されている最終の慣性値を使用することによって、保持されている速度値を更新する工程、
― 前記測定された速度と前記保持されている速度との差異に応じて、前記保持されている慣性値を更新する工程
が実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の位置をモニタリングする方法。 - 前記慣性の前記更新が、電気機械の設定点トルクが速度の大きな変化に至るのに十分なほど大きいことを条件として実施されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の位置をモニタリングする方法。
- 前記慣性の前記更新が、速度差と推定されたトルクとの積に比例利得と積分利得とを加算することによって慣性コントローラ内で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のモニタリングする方法。
- 速度の閾値が、220Nmまで供給可能な機械にとって、約5Nmであることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のモニタリングする方法。
- 前記機械によって実際に供給される前記トルクの前記推定が、設定点トルクの値をフィルタリングすることによって計算されることを特徴とする、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の位置をモニタリングする方法。
- 前記保持されている速度が、推定された実トルクを保持されている最終の慣性値で除算したものを積分することによって見つけられることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の位置をモニタリングする方法。
