Description
いわゆるピック・アンド・プレイス(pick-and-place)法において使用される、輸送ライナー上に配置されたプレカット膜又はラミネート片は、数年前から既に現行技術となっている。生産現場では、輸送ライナーはライナーから片が取り出され(ピッキングされ)、組み立て領域に配置され、続いて、例えば、通気孔を覆うために、片の固定が行われるように使用される。
本発明の1つの態様はベントの製造方法であって、
a)支持体材料(2)の一方の面に取り外し可能に取り付けられた防液性ガス透過性材料から作られた複数の片(4)を含む組立体を提供すること、
b)前記組立体を通気すべきデバイス(5)の貫通孔(6)上に、前記複数の片(4)の1つが前記貫通孔(6)を完全に覆い、一方、前記支持体材料(2)が前記貫通孔(6)から離れた方に向くようにして配置すること、
c)前記貫通孔(6)を取り囲む溶接接続(7)が前記片(4)と前記デバイス(5)との間に確立されるように、前記配置された組立体にエネルギー(1)を加えること、及び、
d)前記支持体材料(2)を除去すること、
の工程を含む。
本発明の1つの態様はベントの製造方法であって、
a)支持体材料(2)の一方の面に取り外し可能に取り付けられた防液性ガス透過性材料から作られた複数の片(4)を含む組立体を提供すること、
b)前記組立体を、通気すべきデバイス(5)の貫通孔(6)上に、前記複数の片(4)の1つが貫通孔(6)を完全に覆うようにして、一方、前記支持体材料(2)が前記貫通孔(6)から離れた方に向くようにして配置すること、
c)前記貫通孔(6)を取り囲む溶接接続(7)が前記片(4)と前記デバイス(5)との間で確立されるように、前記配置された組立体にエネルギー(1)を加えること、及び、
d)前記支持体材料(2)を除去すること、
の工程を含む。
e)前記複数の片(4)の別の片が別の貫通孔(6)を完全に覆い、一方、前記支持体材料(2)が前記貫通孔(6)から離れた方を向くようにして、同一の又は別のデバイス(5)の別の貫通孔(6)上に前記組立体を配置すること、
f)前記別の貫通孔(6)を取り囲む溶接接続が前記別の片と前記デバイス(5)との間に確立されるように、前記配置された組立体にエネルギー(1)を加えること、及び、
g)前記支持体材料(2)を除去すること、
の工程を含む。
以下において、本発明による方法は、通気されるデバイスの筐体内の貫通孔を表すためにプラスチックディスクを使用して示されている。この例では、厚さ2.3mmのプラスチックディスクはPBT-30(ポリブチレンテレフタレート)から作られており、ディスクは溶接領域を表し、28mmの外径を有する平坦な表面を有し、ディスクの中央に6mmの円形孔を有する。
Claims (15)
- a)支持体材料(2)の一方の面に取り外し可能に取り付けられた防液性ガス透過性材料から作られた複数の片(4)を含む組立体を提供すること、
b)前記組立体を通気すべきデバイス(5)の貫通孔(6)上に、前記複数の片(4)の1つが前記貫通孔(6)を完全に覆い、一方、前記支持体材料(2)が前記貫通孔(6)から離れた方に向くようにして配置すること、
c)前記貫通孔(6)を取り囲む溶接接続(7)が前記片(4)と前記デバイス(5)との間に確立されるように、前記配置された組立体にエネルギー(1)を加えること、及び、
d)前記支持体材料(2)を除去すること、
の工程を含む、ベントの製造方法。 - e)前記複数の片(4)の別の片が別の貫通孔(6)を完全に覆い、一方、前記支持体材料(2)が前記貫通孔(6)から離れた方を向くように、同一の又は別のデバイス(5)の別の貫通孔(6)上に前記組立体を配置すること、
f)前記別の片と前記デバイス(5)との間に前記別の貫通孔(6)を取り囲む溶接接続が確立されるように、前記配置された組立体にエネルギー(1)を加えること、及び、
g)前記支持体材料(2)を除去すること、
の追加の工程を含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記片(4)は多孔性又は非孔性膜又はラミネート片である、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記膜片はポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、延伸PTFE(ePTFE)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリカーボネート(PC)又はポリエチレン(PE)から作られている、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記膜片は厚さが5μm〜0.5 mmである、請求項3〜4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ラミネート片は少なくとも1つのバッカー材料にラミネートされた、PTFE、ePTFE、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリカーボネート(PC)又はポリエチレン(PE)から作られている少なくとも1つの膜片を含み、好ましくは、前記バッカー材料はPE, PA又は PET不織布である、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記ラミネート片は厚さが100μm〜0.5mmである、請求項3又は6記載の方法。
- 前記支持体材料(2)はポリマー材料であり、好ましくは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリアミド(PA)、ポリカーボネート(PC)又はポリエチレン(PE)から作られている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記支持体材料(2)は厚さが10μm〜0.2mmであり、好ましくは10μm〜0.1mmであり、そしてより好ましくは10μm〜50μmである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項の方法。
- 前記複数の片(4)は接着剤(3)を用いて、支持体材料(2)の1つの面に配置される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤(3)は接着強度がFINAT試験FTM 2により1〜8N/25mmである、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記支持体材料(2)は孔を有し、該孔は前記片(4)が前記孔を周囲にわたって重なるように前記片(4)に対して配置される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記溶接接続は超音波又はレーザ光により作られる、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギーは工程d)又はg)において前記支持体材料(2)を通して課される、請求項13記載の方法。
- 前記支持体材料(2)を、該支持体材料(2)の部分が保護層として残るように前記溶接接続の周囲で切断する追加の工程を含み、前記追加の工程は工程c及び/又は工程fの後に、前記支持体材料(2)を除去する前に行われる、請求項1〜14記載の方法。
