Description
・駆動シャフトに取付要素を取り付ける
・フォースリミッタが作動するまでキャリッジに対してハンドルを移動させることにより、フォースアキュムレータにエネルギーを蓄積する
・駆動シャフトを回転させてフォースアキュムレータによってキャリッジを送りながら、取付要素をコンポーネントに挿入する
この点に関して、送る力は、取付要素の挿入時にフォースアキュムレータのみによって供給され、すなわち、ハンドルからキャリッジに直接伝達されない。従って、本発明に係る方法によって、上述の利点が得られる。

Claims (19)
- コンポーネントに取付要素(12)を取り付けるための手動案内装置(10)であって、
前記手動案内装置(10)を把持するためのハンドル(14)と、
ハンドル(14)に対して移動可能であり、回転可能に支持された駆動シャフト(46)を支持するキャリッジ(34)と、を有し、駆動シャフト(46)の一端には取付要素(12)のマウントが形成されており、
さらに、ハンドル(14)とキャリッジ(34)との間に接続され、ハンドル(14)とキャリッジ(34)との相対的な移動によって蓄積可能である定められた送り力を蓄えるように機能するフォースアキュムレータと、
フォースアキュムレータ(44)に蓄えられる送り力を制限するフォースリミッタ(64)と、を有し、
フォースアキュムレータ(44)は、キャリッジ(34)を介して蓄えられた送り力を取付要素(12)に作用させるように構成されていることを特徴とする手動案内装置。 - フォースリミッタ(64)は、2つの対応する力制限アバットメント(66,68)によって構成されており、特に、第1の力制限アバットメント(66)が支持部(58)に設けられており、第2の力制限アバットメント(68)がハンドル(14)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手動案内装置。
- 第1の力制限アバットメント(66)及び/または第2の力制限アバットメント(68)は、軸方向で調節可能であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の手動案内装置。
- 駆動シャフト(46)を駆動するモータ、特に電気モータ(48)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の手動案内装置。
- 支持部(58)に対するキャリッジ(34)の送り動作を制限するために、支持部(58)が第1の端部アバットメント(80)を含み、キャリッジ(34)が第2の端部アバットメント(82)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の手動案内装置。
- キャリッジ(34)の端部位置を検出し、特に第1の端部アバットメント(80)と第2の端部アバットメント(82)との接触を検出する検出手段(86)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の手動案内装置。
- 検出手段(86)は、端部位置の検出時にモータ(48)の電源を切るように、駆動シャフト(46)に駆動可能に連結されたモータ、特に電気モータ(48)に接続されたスイッチ(88)を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の手動案内装置。
- 取付工程の終了を示す信号をユーザに送信する信号装置(90)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の手動案内装置。
- 取付工程の終了後にキャリッジ(34)を初期位置に移動させるために、支持部(58)とキャリッジ(34)との間に戻りばね(60,62)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の手動案内装置。
- キャリッジ(34)とハンドル(14)とを直線状に移動可能に案内する少なくとも1つのリニアガイド、特に2つのガイドロッド(30,32)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の手動案内装置。
- フォースリミッタ(64)の作動、特に支持部(58)に設けられた第1の力制限アバットメント(66)とハンドル(14)に設けられた第2の力制限アバットメントとの接触を検出する検出手段(104)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の手動案内装置。
- 検出手段(104)は、フォースリミッタ(64)の作動の検出時にモータ(48)の電源を投入するように、駆動シャフト(46)に駆動可能に連結されたモータ、特に電気モータ(48)に接続されたスイッチ(106)を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の手動案内装置。
- 取付要素(12)のマウントを囲む作業領域を照明するように、特にキャリッジ(34)に設けられたLED等のランプ(108)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜12に記載の手動案内装置。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の装置(10)によってコンポーネントに取付要素(12)を手動で取り付ける取付方法であって、
取付要素(12)を駆動シャフト(46)に取り付け、
キャリッジ(34)に対するハンドル(14)の移動によって、フォースリミッタ(64)が作動するまでフォースアキュムレータ(44)にエネルギーを蓄積し、
駆動シャフト(46)を回転させるとともにフォースアキュムレータ(44)の力によってキャリッジを送りながら、取付要素(12)をコンポーネントに挿入するステップをそれぞれ含むことを特徴とする取付方法。 - フォースアキュムレータ(44)におけるエネルギーの蓄積は、特にハンドル(14)と支持部(58)との間で作用する力制限アバットメント(66,68)によって制限されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の取付方法。
- フォースリミッタ(64)の作動時には、駆動シャフト(46)を駆動するモータ、特に電気モータ(48)の電源投入を生じさせるスイッチ(106)が作動することを特徴とする請求項14または15に記載の取付方法。
- キャリッジ(32)が端部位置に到達したときに、駆動シャフト(46)を駆動するモータ、特に電気モータ(48)の電源を切るようにスイッチ(88)が作動することを特徴とする請求項14〜16のいずれかに記載の取付方法。
- 取付要素(12)が回転しなくなった時点から測定される、10秒より少ない冷却段階、特に1〜3秒の冷却段階の後、信号装置(90)が、取付工程が終了したことを知らせる信号を送信することを特徴とする請求項14〜17のいずれかに記載の取付方法。
- 駆動シャフト(46)を駆動するモータ、特に電気モータ(48)は、電源が切られた後に能動的に制動されることを特徴とする請求項14〜18のいずれかに記載の取付方法。
