Claims (22)
- 僧帽弁輪に対して埋め込まれるように適合された非対称な僧帽弁形成バンドであって、前記僧帽弁輪は、後尖の付いた後面及び前尖の付いた前面を有し、前記僧帽弁輪は、僧帽弁輪の流入側から見てD字型又は腎臓型の形状を略画定し、前記前面は前記後面より直線に近く、前記後面は前記前面より丸みを帯びており、前記僧帽弁輪と交差するとともに前記前面の中点と前記後面の中点との間で前記僧帽弁輪にわたって延在する短軸は、前記短軸に垂直であり前記僧帽弁輪と交差するとともに前記僧帽弁輪にわたって延在する長軸より短く、前交連及び後交連が二つの弁尖の間の二つの接合部において前記僧帽弁輪上に位置し、前記前交連は、前記後尖の前記中点から時計回り方向に位置し、前記後交連は、前記後尖の前記中点から反時計回り方向に位置し、
縫合糸通過可能面に取り囲まれた略剛性を有する内側コアを含む細長い不連続な本体部を備え、前記本体部は、前記僧帽弁輪の形状の一部に略従う非対称形状であって、前記後面全体の周りで延在するとともに、おおよそ前記長軸と前記僧帽弁輪との交点に配置された第1自由端で終端し、その反対側で前記長軸と前記僧帽弁輪との交点を越えて前記前面へより長く延在して第2自由端で終端する非対称形状を画定する、僧帽弁形成バンド。 - 前記本体部の外周スパン全体が前記僧帽弁輪の周りの約58〜67%延在する、請求項1に記載の僧帽弁形成バンド。
- 前記後面の中点から反時計周り方向の前記本体部の一部の第1外周スパンは、前記僧帽弁輪の周りの約37〜42%延在し、前記後面の前記中点から時計回り方向の前記本体部の一部の第2外周スパンは、前記僧帽弁輪の周りの約21〜25%延在する、請求項1に記載の僧帽弁形成バンド。
- 前記本体部は、前記後面の中点を中心とする上向き弓形部を含む、請求項1に記載の僧帽弁形成バンド。
- 前記本体部は、前記上向き弓形部に第1高位置点を有し、おおよそ前記第1自由端と前記第1自由端と正反対の位置とに位置する二つの低位置点を有し、前記第2自由端に第2高位置点を有する、部分的なサドル形状を備える、請求項4に記載の僧帽弁形成バンド。
- 前記第1自由端は、前記前交連に隣接して埋め込まれるように適合され、リング状の前記本体部は、前記前面内で反時計回り方向に前記第2自由端まで延在する、請求項1に記載の僧帽弁形成バンド。
- 僧帽弁輪に対して埋め込まれるように適合された非対称な僧帽弁形成バンドであって、前記僧帽弁輪は、後尖の付いた後面及び前尖の付いた前面を有し、前記僧帽弁輪は、流入側から見てD字型又は腎臓型の形状、及び前記僧帽弁輪が前記前面の中点及び前記後面の中点の両方において左心房に向かって盛り上がるサドル形状を略画定し、
縫合糸通過可能面に取り囲まれた略剛性を有する内側コアを含む細長い不連続な本体部を備え、前記本体部は、前記僧帽弁輪の形状に略従う非対称形状であって、前記後面全体の周りで延在するとともに、前記後面における盛り上がりに対応する上向き弓形部を含む非対称形状を画定し、前記本体部は、前記上向き弓形部の中点から第1自由端まで第1スパンに沿って時計回り方向に延在するとともに、前記上向き弓形部の中点から第2自由端まで第2スパンに沿ってより長く延在する、僧帽弁形成バンド。 - 前記本体部は、前記上向き弓形部に第1高位置点を有し、おおよそ前記第1自由端と前記第1自由端と正反対の位置とに位置する二つの低位置点を有し、前記第2自由端に第2高位置点を有する、部分的なサドル形状を備える、請求項7に記載の僧帽弁形成バンド。
- 前記本体部の外周スパン全体が前記僧帽弁輪の周りの約58〜67%延在する、請求項7に記載の僧帽弁形成バンド。
- 前記上向き弓形部の中点から反時計周り方向の前記本体部の一部の第1外周スパンは、前記僧帽弁輪の周りの約37〜42%延在し、前記上向き弓形部の前記中点から時計回り方向の前記本体部の一部の第2外周スパンは、前記僧帽弁輪の周りの約21〜25%延在する、請求項7に記載の僧帽弁形成バンド。
- 前記第1自由端は、長軸上で前記僧帽弁輪に埋め込まれるように適合されている、請求項7に記載の僧帽弁形成バンド。
- 前記本体部は、前記上向き弓形部に第1高位置点を有し、おおよそ前記第1自由端と前記第1自由端と正反対の位置とに位置する二つの低位置点を有し、前記第2自由端に第2高位置点を有する、部分的なサドル形状を備える、請求項7に記載の僧帽弁形成バンド。
- 非対称な僧帽弁形成バンドであって、
上部、底部、第1端、第2端、及び剛性又は半剛性を有する本体部であって、前記第1端と前記第2端との間で延在するとともに、第1部分及び第2部分を含む本体部を備え、
前記第1部分は、参照点から軌道に沿って反時計周り方向に延在して前記第1端で終端し;
前記第2部分は、前記参照点から前記軌道に沿って時計回り方向に延在して前記第2端で終端し;
前記第1部分の長さは、前記第2部分の長さと実質的に異なり、
前記軌道の上面視は、楕円形状、D字型形状、又は腎臓型の形状を有し、時計の文字盤を画成する左右方向の長軸及び上下方向の短軸を備え、前記参照点は6:00の位置であり、前記短軸は、12:00の位置及び6:00の位置で前記軌道と交差し、前記長軸は、3:00の位置及び9:00の位置で前記軌道と交差し、前記D字型形状又は腎臓型形状は、前記長軸より上側でより平坦な部分を有する、僧帽弁形成バンド。 - 前記軌道の前記上面視は、D字型形状である、請求項13に記載の非対称な僧帽弁形成バンド。
- 前記本体部の前記第1部分は、前記第2部分より長い、請求項13に記載の非対称な僧帽弁形成バンド。
- 前記第1部分は、3:00の位置を越えて反時計周り方向に延在する、請求項13に記載の非対称な僧帽弁形成バンド。
- 前記第1端は、約1:30の位置に配置される、請求項16に記載の非対称な僧帽弁形成バンド。
- 前記第1端は、約1:00の位置に配置される、請求項16に記載の非対称な僧帽弁形成バンド。
- 前記第2部分は、9:00の位置まで時計回り方向に延在しない、請求項13に記載の非対称な僧帽弁形成バンド。
- 前記第2端は、約8:30の位置に配置される、請求項13に記載の非対称な僧帽弁形成バンド。
- 前記第2部分は、約9:00の位置まで時計回り方向に延在する、請求項13に記載の非対称な僧帽弁形成バンド。
- 前記非対称な僧帽弁形成バンドは、おおよそ前記短軸及び前記長軸との交点のところにピークを持つサドル形状を有する、請求項13に記載の非対称な僧帽弁形成バンド。
