- 少なくとも2つのMEMSマイクロフォンチップと、
ASICチップと、を含み、
前記MEMSマイクロフォンチップの出力信号は結合された後、ASICチップで処理される、
ことを特徴とする音響バンドパスフィルタ。 - 前記MEMSマイクロフォンチップのそれぞれは、基板の音響穴に取り付けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 前記MEMSマイクロフォンチップのバックチャンバーを形成するための金属ケーシングをさらに含み、前記MEMSマイクロフォンチップは前記バックチャンバーを介して音響結合される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 基板をさらに含み、前記金属ケーシングは前記基板とともに密閉したバックチャンバーを形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のフィルタ。
- 前記出力信号は直列接続の方式により結合される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 各MEMSマイクロフォンチップの共振周波数は、MEMSマイクロフォンチップの振動膜の共振周波数、フロントチャンバーサイズ及び音響開口サイズの少なくとも1つを設定することによって調整される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 請求項1に記載の音響バンドパスフィルタを含む、音波を感知するための、音響感知装置。
- 前記音波は超音波を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の音響感知装置。
- 前記音響感知装置はマイクである、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の音響感知装置。
