Claims (10)
- バッテリーセルを収納する複数のカートリッジを含むカートリッジ組立体と、
前記カートリッジ組立体に結合する基板保護体と、
前記カートリッジ組立体及び前記基板保護体を収納し、前記カートリッジ組立体及び前記基板保護体を囲むケーシングと、
前記ケーシングに結合するカバーと、を含むバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ケーシングが、予め設定された方向に折り曲げられた第1折曲部を備え、前記基板保護体が、前記第1折曲部に対応するように折り曲げられた第2折曲部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ケーシングの移動時、前記第1折曲部が前記第2折曲部に接触することで前記ケーシングの移動範囲が制限されるように、前記第1折曲部と前記第2折曲部とが相互近接して配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1折曲部及び前記第2折曲部のうち少なくとも一つには、ラウンドが形成されたラウンド部が備えられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1折曲部と前記第2折曲部とが、相互対称するように設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記基板保護体には、締結部材が結合可能なブッシング部材が挿入されるための挿入孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ブッシング部材が前記挿入孔に挿入される場合、前記基板保護体が前記ブッシング部材と前記ケーシングとの間に位置することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記基板保護体が、プラスチック材から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から請求項8のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から請求項8のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む自動車。
