Claims (11)
- 自動車の変速機設定を選択するための走行レンジ選択レバー(1)のポジションを検知するための装置(10)であって、
当該装置(10)は、前記走行レンジ選択レバー(1)に配設された少なくとも1つの信号発生器(2)と、前記信号発生器(2)から離間して配設された少なくとも1つの信号受信器(3)とを有し、選択可能な様々な走行レンジにおいて前記信号発生器(2)と前記信号受信器(3)の間の相対位置は異なるものとして構成されており、
前記信号発生器(2)は、シフトゲート機能からタッチゲート機能へ、又はその逆でタッチゲート機能からシフトゲート機能へ切り替えるために前記走行レンジ選択レバー(1)を操作する際に、実質的に前記信号受信器(3)に対して相対的に並進運動だけを行うこと
を特徴とする装置(10)。 - 前記信号発生器(2)は、リニアガイド(4)内で摺動可能に案内されていること
を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置(10)。 - 前記走行レンジ選択レバー(1)の運動を前記信号発生器(2)へ伝達するために、前記走行レンジ選択レバー(1)にその傾動軸線(7)以外のところで係合する操作要素(5)が設けられていること
を特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置(10)。 - 前記信号発生器(2)は、リニアガイド(4)内で摺動可能である受容部内、特にケージ(6)内に受容されており、前記受容部(6)は、操作要素(5)と作用的に結合されていること
を特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置(10)。 - 前記信号発生器(2)の直線運動は、2つのストッパ(8,9)により制限されていること
を特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置(10)。 - 前記信号発生器(2)は、弾性的に受容部(6)内に受容されていること
を特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置(10)。 - 前記走行レンジ選択レバーの傾動軸線(7)に対して直角方向での傾動運動のために、前記信号発生器(2)のための受容部ないしケージ(6)は円筒状に構成されており、円筒軸線(11)が、前記走行レンジ選択レバー(1)の傾動運動のための旋回軸線(12)と一致すること
を特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置(10)。 - 少なくとも1つの支承部(15)が、傾動軸線(7)に対して直角方向での前記走行レンジ選択レバー(1)の傾動運動のために設けられていること
を特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置(10)。 - 少なくとも1つの前記支承部(15)は、受容部(6)の支承機構により構成されていること
を特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置(10)。 - 前記信号発生器(2)は、射出成形により操作要素(5)へ付設されているか、又は操作要素(5)へ組み込まれていること
を特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置(10)。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置(10)を有する自動車。
