Description
Claims (8)
- 일단에 마그넷이 연결되고 이동에 의해 변속단을 선택하는 변속 레버;상기 변속 레버와 연결되어 상기 변속 레버가 쉬프트(Shift) 축 또는 셀렉트(Select) 축을 중심으로 이동되도록 하는 변속 레버 본체; 및상기 변속 레버 본체 내의 상기 쉬프트 축 및 상기 셀렉트 축이 교차하는 지점에 고정 설치되는 센서를 포함하며, 상기 센서와 일정한 간격을 유지하며 상기 변속 레버가 이동함에 따라 상기 마그넷의 자속 밀도를 감지하는 감지 센서부를 포함하는 전자식 변속 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 변속 레버 본체는,상기 마그넷과 연결된 상기 변속 레버의 일단과 연결되며 상기 변속 레버가 셀렉트 축을 중심으로 이동되도록 하는 셀렉트 가이드; 및상기 셀렉트 가이드에 형성된 중공에 삽입되어 설치되며 상기 변속 레버가 쉬프트 축을 중심으로 이동되도록 하는 쉬프트 가이드를 포함하는 전자식 변속 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 셀렉트 가이드는, 상기 변속 레버가 상기 셀렉트 축을 중심으로 이동하도록 하는 상기 셀렉트 가이드를 지지하는 셀렉트 샤프트가 삽입되는 삽입 홀을 포함하고,상기 쉬프트 가이드는, 상기 쉬프트 가이드가 상기 셀렉트 가이드와 연결되도록 상기 셀렉트 축 방향으로 형성되어 상기 셀렉트 샤프트가 삽입되는 삽입 홀 및 상기 쉬프트 가이드가 상기 쉬프트 축을 중심으로 이동하도록 상기 쉬프트 축 방향으로 형성되어 쉬프트 샤프트가 관통되는 관통 홀을 포함하는 전자식 변속 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 쉬프트 샤프트는,양단이 고정 설치되는 전자식 변속 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 셀렉트 샤프트는,상기 쉬프트 샤프트를 기준으로 양측으로 분리되어 형성되며, 상기 변속 레버가 상기 쉬프트 축을 중심으로 이동할 때 위치 이동이 가능한 전자식 변속 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 감지 센서부는,상기 센서에서 감지된 상기 자속 밀도에 대응하는 출력 신호가 출력되는 인 쇄 회로 기판을 포함하는 전자식 변속 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 쉬프트 샤프트는,상기 센서를 상기 자속 밀도를 감지하도록 노출시키는 노출 홈; 및상기 센서에 의해 감지된 자속 밀도에 대응하는 출력 신호가 상기 인쇄 회로 기판을 거쳐 외부로 전달되도록 하는 라인이 관통하도록 상기 노출 홈으로부터 상기 쉬프트 샤프트의 일단까지 형성된 관통 홀을 포함하는 전자식 변속 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 노출 홈은, 상기 쉬프트 축 및 상기 셀렉트 축이 교차하는 지점에 위치하는 전자식 변속 장치.
