Claims (11)
- 液体薬物を投薬するための薬物送達デバイス(1)であって、
セプタム(4.1)および可動ストッパ(4.2)で封止された液体薬物を含むカートリッジ(4)を収容するように構成された本体(2、12)と、
近位および遠位針先端(7.1、7.2)を有する針(7)を本体(2、12)に対して保持するニードルホルダ(5、15)と、
少なくとも遠位針先端(7.2)をカバーするように適用されたキャップ(8、18)と
を含み、
ここで、キャップ(8、18)はカートリッジ(4)と解放可能に係合し、カートリッジ(4)は本体(2、12)に対して後退位置から前進位置に向かって可動であり、
カートリッジ(4)を前進位置に向かって動かしている間、近位針先端(7.1)は、セプタム(4.1)を穿孔し、該セプタム(4.1)を通って延び、キャップ(8、18)はカートリッジ(4)から解放されつつあり、
カートリッジがその前進位置に達したとき、キャップ(8、18)は、カートリッジ(4)から解放される、前記薬物送達デバイス。 - キャップ(8、18)が薬物送達デバイス(1)から遠位方向に引き抜かれるとき、かつキャップ(8、18)が該前進位置においてカートリッジ(4)から解放されるように、カートリッジ(4)が後退位置から前進位置に向かって動かされる、請求項1に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。
- カートリッジ(4)は、ニードルホルダ(5)を越えて遠位方向に突出するレバー(3.3)を含むカートリッジホルダ(3)によって保持され、レバーは、ニードルキャップ(8)の内面(8.2)に形成された傾斜凹部(8.2.1)と解放可能に係合する、半径方向内方に突出するキャッチ(3.4)をレバー遠位端に有し、ニードルホルダ(5)は、カートリッジホルダ(3)が前進位置に向かって動かされたときレバー遠位端が半径方向外方に曲がり、それによってキャッチ(3.4)が傾斜凹部(8.2.1)から係合解除されるように、レバー(3.3)と係合する、請求項1または2に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。
- キャップ(18)のキャップスリーブ(18.1)の近位端にある少なくとも部分的に折り返されたカラー(18.1.1)が、カートリッジ(4)のカートリッジ壁(13)の肩部(13.1)と解放可能に係合し、カートリッジ壁(13)と本体(12)との間に形成されたガイド凹部(12.2)内で案内され、カートリッジ壁(13)がその前進位置に達したとき、ニードルホルダ(15)の側壁(15.1)が、肩部(13.1)よりも近位に突出し、それによって少なくとも部分的に折り返されたカラー(18.1.1)が開いて肩部(13.1)から係合解除されることになる、請求項1に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。
- キャップスリーブ(18.1)は、それぞれが本体(12)の側方開口部(12.3)に通される少なくとも2つの外周アームによって形成され、少なくとも部分的に折り返されたカラー(18.1.1)は、少なくとも2つの外周アームの近位端にある、曲がった、または折り返されたスプラインによって形成される、請求項4に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。
- ストッパ(4.2)を遠位方向に駆動するストッパドライバ(10)が、カートリッジホルダ(3)に組み込まれている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。
- ストッパ(4.2)を遠位方向に駆動するストッパドライバ(10)が、本体(2、12)に取り付けられている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。
- カートリッジ(4)を後退位置から前進位置に向かって駆動するカートリッジドライバを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。
- カートリッジドライバは、事前に応力印加されたばねを含む、請求項8に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。
- カートリッジドライバは、キャップ(8、18)を引くことによって解放されるように適用されている、請求項8または9に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。
- 薬物を含むカートリッジ(4)を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス(1)。
