Claims (20)
- 液化ガスを貯蔵する貯蔵タンクを備える船舶において、
前記貯蔵タンクの下流に設置され、前記貯蔵タンクから排出される蒸発ガスを冷媒として圧縮した蒸発ガス(以下、「第1流体」という。)を、熱交換して冷却する蒸発ガス熱交換器;
前記蒸発ガス熱交換器の下流に設置され、前記貯蔵タンクから排出された蒸発ガスの一部を圧縮する圧縮機;
前記蒸発ガス熱交換器の下流で前記圧縮機と並列に設置され、前記貯蔵タンクから排出された蒸発ガスの他の一部を圧縮する第1予備圧縮機;
前記蒸発ガス熱交換器の下流で前記圧縮機及び前記第1予備圧縮機と並列に設置され、前記貯蔵タンクから排出された蒸発ガスの他の一部を圧縮する第2予備圧縮機;
前記蒸発ガス熱交換器で冷却した前記第1流体をさらに冷却する冷媒熱交換器;
前記冷媒熱交換器に送られて(以下、冷媒熱交換器に送られる流体を「第2流体」という。)、前記冷媒熱交換器で冷却した前記第2流体を膨張させた後に再び前記冷媒熱交換器に送る冷媒減圧装置;及び
前記蒸発ガス熱交換器及び前記冷媒熱交換器で冷却した前記第1流体を膨張させる第1減圧装置;を備え、
前記冷媒熱交換器は、前記冷媒減圧装置を通過した蒸発ガスを冷媒として、前記第1流体と前記第2流体の両方を熱交換して冷却し、

前記第2流体は、前記第1予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガス;前記第2予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガス;前記第1予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスと前記第2予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスが合流した流れ;及び前記圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスと、前記第1予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスと、前記第2予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスとが合流した流れ;のいずれか一つである、船舶。 - 前記冷媒減圧装置を通過した後に前記冷媒熱交換器の冷媒として使用された蒸発ガスは、前記貯蔵タンクから排出された後に前記蒸発ガス熱交換器を通過した蒸発ガスと合流することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の船舶。
- 前記第1予備圧縮機で圧縮された後に前記冷媒熱交換器の冷媒として使用された蒸発ガスは、再び前記第1予備圧縮機に送られ、前記第1予備圧縮機、前記冷媒熱交換器、前記冷媒減圧装置、再び前記冷媒熱交換器を循環する閉ループの冷媒サイクルを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の船舶。
- 前記第2予備圧縮機で圧縮された後に前記冷媒熱交換器の冷媒として使用された蒸発ガスは、再び前記第2予備圧縮機に送られ、前記第2予備圧縮機、前記冷媒熱交換器、前記冷媒減圧装置、再び前記冷媒熱交換器を循環する閉ループの冷媒サイクルを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の船舶。
- 前記第1予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスと前記第2予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスは合流して前記冷媒熱交換器に供給され、前記冷媒熱交換器に供給された蒸発ガスは、前記冷媒減圧装置、再び前記冷媒熱交換器を通過した後、再び二つの流れに分岐して前記第1予備圧縮機または前記第2予備圧縮機に送られる、閉ループの冷媒サイクルを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の船舶。
- 液化ガスを貯蔵する貯蔵タンクを備える船舶の蒸発ガス処理システムにおいて、
前記貯蔵タンクから排出される蒸発ガスの一部を、圧縮機で圧縮した後に燃料需要先に送る第1供給ライン;
前記第1供給ラインから分岐して、前記貯蔵タンクから排出される蒸発ガスの他の一部を第1予備圧縮機で圧縮する第2供給ライン;
前記第2供給ラインから分岐して、前記貯蔵タンクから排出される蒸発ガスの更に他の一部を第2予備圧縮機で圧縮する第3供給ライン;
前記第1供給ラインから分岐して、圧縮した蒸発ガスを蒸発ガス熱交換器、冷媒熱交換器、及び第1減圧装置を通過させて再液化する復帰ライン;及び
前記冷媒熱交換器と冷媒減圧装置を通過して冷却された蒸発ガスを再び前記冷媒熱交換器に送って冷媒として使用した後、前記貯蔵タンクから排出された蒸発ガスに合流させる再循環ライン;を備え、
前記蒸発ガス熱交換器は、前記貯蔵タンクから排出された蒸発ガスを冷媒として、前記復帰ラインに沿って供給される蒸発ガスを熱交換して冷却し、
前記冷媒熱交換器は、前記冷媒減圧装置を通過した蒸発ガスを冷媒として、前記再循環ラインに沿って供給される蒸発ガスと、前記復帰ラインに沿って供給される蒸発ガスとの両方を熱交換して冷却する、船舶の蒸発ガス処理システム。 - 前記冷媒減圧装置及び前記冷媒熱交換器の上流の前記再循環ラインは、前記第2予備圧縮機の下流の前記第3供給ライン;及び前記第1予備圧縮機の下流の前記第2供給ライン;を順次に連結した後、前記圧縮機の下流の第1供給ラインと連結し、
前記第1供給ライン上の前記圧縮機の上流に設置される第1バルブ;

前記第2供給ライン上の前記第1予備圧縮機の上流に設置される第3バルブ;

蒸発ガスが前記第1予備圧縮機に供給されたら、前記第3バルブを閉じて、蒸発ガスが前記第1予備圧縮機、前記第4バルブ、前記第12バルブ、前記冷媒熱交換器、前記冷媒減圧装置、再び前記冷媒熱交換器、及び前記第14バルブを循環することを特徴とする、閉ループの冷媒サイクルを形成することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理システム。 - 前記第1バルブ、前記第2バルブ、前記第4バルブ、前記第9バルブ、前記第11バルブ、前記第12バルブ、前記第13バルブ、前記第14バルブ、及び前記第15バルブは開いて、前記第3バルブ、前記第6バルブ、及び前記第10バルブは閉じた状態でシステムを駆動し、
蒸発ガスが前記第1予備圧縮機及び前記第2予備圧縮機で供給されたら、前記第9バルブを閉じて、前記第1予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスと前記第2予備圧縮機を通過した蒸発ガスが合流して前記冷媒熱交換器に供給され、前記冷媒熱交換器に供給された蒸発ガスは、前記冷媒減圧装置、再び前記冷媒熱交換器を通過した後、再び二つの流れに分岐して前記第1予備圧縮機と前記第2予備圧縮機にそれぞれ送られて、閉ループの冷媒サイクルを形成することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理システム。 - 前記第1バルブ、前記第2バルブ、前記第3バルブ、前記第4バルブ、前記第6バルブ、前記第9バルブ、前記第10バルブ、前記第11バルブ、前記第12バルブ、及び前記第15バルブは開いて、前記第13バルブ及び前記第14バルブは閉じて、
前記圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガス、前記第1予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガス、及び前記第2予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスが合流して運用されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理システム。 - 前記第1バルブ、前記第2バルブ、前記第3バルブ、前記第4バルブ、前記第9バルブ、前記第10バルブ、前記第11バルブ、前記第12バルブ、及び前記第15バルブは開いて、前記第6バルブ、前記第13バルブ、及び前記第14バルブは閉じて、
前記第1予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスと前記第2予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスは、合流させて前記冷媒熱交換器に送り、前記圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスは一部は燃料需要先に送り、他の一部は前記蒸発ガス熱交換器に送ることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の船の蒸発ガス処理システム。 - 前記第1バルブ、前記第2バルブ、前記第3バルブ、前記第4バルブ、前記第6バルブ、前記第9バルブ、前記第10バルブ、前記第11バルブ、及び前記第15バルブは開いて、前記第12バルブ、前記第13バルブ、及び前記第14バルブは閉じて、
前記第2予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスは前記冷媒熱交換器で送り、前記圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスと前記第1予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスは合流させて、一部は燃料需要先に送り、他の一部は前記蒸発ガス熱交換器に送ることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の船の蒸発ガス処理システム。 - 液化ガス貯蔵タンクから排出される蒸発ガスを三つの流れに分岐させ、前記分岐された三つの流れの蒸発ガスを、圧縮機、第1予備圧縮機、または第2予備圧縮機で圧縮し、
前記圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガス、前記第1予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガス、及び前記第2予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスのうち、少なくとも一つ以上を、燃料需要先に送るか、再液化して前記貯蔵タンクに戻すか(以下、「復帰蒸発ガス」という。)、再循環させ(以下、「再循環蒸発ガス」という。)、
前記復帰蒸発ガスは、前記貯蔵タンクから排出された蒸発ガスと熱交換して冷却された後、前記再循環蒸発ガスと熱交換してさらに冷却され、
前記再循環蒸発ガスは、冷却及び膨張された後に前記復帰蒸発ガスと熱交換する、方法。 - 前記圧縮機の下流のラインと前記第1予備圧縮機の下流のラインが連結して、
前記圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスは、前記第1予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスと合流することを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記第1予備圧縮機の下流のラインと前記第2予備圧縮機の下流のラインが連結して、
前記第1予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスは、前記第2予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスと合流することを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記圧縮機の下流のラインと、前記第1予備圧縮機の下流のラインと、前記第2予備圧縮機の下流のラインが連結して、
前記圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガス;前記第1予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガス;及び前記第2予備圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガス;が合流することを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。
