Abstract
Description
−第1のスパイラル(S1)は、第1の通常(又は正、例えば2μH)インダクタンスを有し、第2のスパイラルは、第2のより高いインダクタンスを有する。第2のインダクタンスは絶対値で少なくとも10倍大きくてよい(例えば−38μHに等しい)。
−デバイスは、受動アンテナ回路及び前記受動アンテナ回路と電磁結合する少なくとも1つの無線周波数チップトランスポンダを備えており、前記受動アンテナ回路は前述の無線周波数アンテナ回路を備えることを特徴とする。
Claims (12)
- 第1の巻回部及び2つの端部(A、B)を有する第1のスパイラル(S1)を形成する、特にトラック又はワイヤ(30、31、32)の形態を取る少なくとも1つの導電部を備えた無線周波数アンテナ回路(4A、14A、24A)であって、
実質的に前記端部(A、B)の一方から前記第1のスパイラル(S1)の前記巻回部の間にこれに沿って延在する第2のスパイラル(S2)を備えることを特徴とする無線周波数アンテナ回路。 - 前記第1のスパイラル(S1)は第1の正の通常のインダクタンスを有し、前記第2のスパイラル(S2)は絶対値で少なくとも10倍大きい第2のインダクタンスを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無線周波数アンテナ回路。
- 前記第2のスパイラル(S2)は、キャパシタンス/キャパシタ値Cと同等である又はこれを与えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の無線周波数アンテナ回路。
- 正のインダクタンスを有する前記第1のスパイラル(S1)は、実質的に1つの平面内で第1の方向(E)に巻回され、巻回間スペース(e)を有する巻回部(30、31、32)により形成され、前記第2のスパイラル(S2)は、この巻回間スペース(e)の内側に配置され、前記第1の方向と反対の第2の方向に巻回される1つの巻回部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の無線周波数アンテナ回路。
- 前記第1のスパイラル(S1)は、実質的に1つの平面内で第1の方向(E)に巻回され、巻回間スペース(e)を有する巻回部により形成され、前記第2のスパイラル(S2)は、この巻回間スペースの内側の、前記第1の方向と同じ第2の方向(E)に巻回される1つの巻回部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の無線周波数アンテナ回路。
- 前記回路は、前記第1及び第2のスパイラル間の、前記第1のスパイラル又は少なくとも1つの第1の巻回部(30、31)の端部より前記第1のスパイラル(S1)の内側から外側に或いは逆に向かう少なくとも1つのジャンプ(35)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項3又は請求項4に記載の無線周波数アンテナ回路。
- 前記ジャンプ(35)は、通常のインダクタンスを有する前記第1のスパイラル(S1)の少なくとも1〜10個の巻回部(30、31)上に生じることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の無線周波数アンテナ回路。
- 通常のインダクタンスを有する第1のスパイラル(S1)の内側巻回部から最後又は最後から2番目の外側巻回部に及ぶジャンプを有することを特徴とする、請求項4乃至6のいずれかに記載の無線周波数アンテナ回路。
- 前記回路は、第2のインダクタンスを有する合計約3.5回転のスパイラル巻回部及び2μHに等しい第1の通常のインダクタンスを有する4回転のスパイラル巻回部を、ISO 7816規格のチップカードの半面にほぼ等しい表面積上に備える33pFに等しい等価キャパシタンスを有することを特徴とする、請求項4乃至7のいずれかに記載の無線周波数アンテナ回路。
- 無線周波数チップ及び前記請求項のいずれかに記載の無線周波数アンテナ回路(4A、14A、24A)を備えた無線周波数デバイス(1A、10A,20A、30A)。
- 受動アンテナ回路(24)及び前記受動アンテナ回路(4A、14A)と電磁結合する無線周波数チップを有する少なくとも1つのトランスポンダ(22)を備え、前記受動アンテナ回路(4A、14A)は、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の前記無線周波数アンテナ回路(4A、14A)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の無線周波数デバイス(1A、10A,20A)。
- 前記受動アンテナ(A)又はトランスポンダアンテナ(24A)の結合面は、好ましくは、約81×25mmに等しい表面積、又はISO 7816規格のチップカードの本体(121)の半分未満の表面積にわたって延在することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のデバイス。
