Claims (22)
- 複数の外科手術用締結具を、一度に1つ、患者の組織の中に送達するためのデバイスであって、
トリガを含む、ハンドルと、
前記ハンドルから延在し、腹部内の切開を通して患者の腹部の中への挿入のために定寸される、シャフトと、
前記シャフトの遠位端におけるアプリケータ区分であって、前記複数の締結具は、前記アプリケータ区分内に配置され、前記複数の締結具はそれぞれ、一端におけるフックと、他端におけるループとを備える、単一部品として形成される、アプリケータ区分と、
前記トリガに動作可能に結合される、第1の部材および第2の部材であって、それによって、ユーザによる前記トリガのアクティブ化は、
前記第1の部材に、前記締結具のうちの1つのループに係合させ、前記ループを前記患者の組織を通して搬送させ、
前記第2の部材に、前記締結具のフックに係合させ、前記フックを前記組織を通して搬送させ、前記フックを前記ループを通して通過させ、それによって、前記ループが前記第1の部材によって係合されたままである間、前記締結具を前記組織内の閉鎖されたループの中に係止させ、

- 前記一対の突起は、前記陥凹の中に挿入されると、前記陥凹内にともに配置される、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の部材の遠位先端は、前記一対の突起が前記陥凹によってともに保持される間、前記ループに対応する開口部を画定するように構成される、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の部材の遠位先端は、前記一対の突起をともに付勢する、超弾性材料から成り、前記陥凹から抜去されると、前記一対の突起は、前記第2の部材にわたって牽引されることによって開放される、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 前記超弾性材料は、ニッケルチタン合金から成る、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の部材の後退は、前記締結具のフック端が前記一対の突起間の間隙を通して通過することを可能にすることによって、前記一対の突起を前記陥凹から除去し、前記第1の部材の遠位先端を抜去することを含む、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材のうちの少なくとも1つは、湾曲経路に沿って移動する、可撓性の事前に成形された部分を備える、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記可撓性部分は、前記シャフト内に配置されると、直線のままであって、前記トリガのアクティブ化に応じて、湾曲形状をとることによって、前記シャフトから延在し、前記湾曲経路に沿って移動する、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材のうちの少なくとも1つは、直線経路および前記湾曲経路に沿って移動する、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材は、第1のプッシュロッドおよび第2のプッシュロッドによって、前記トリガに動作可能に結合され、各プッシュロッドは、その個別の部材と係合される遠位端と、前記ハンドル内のスロットホイールと係合される近位端とを備える、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記アプリケータ区分は、前記複数の締結具が装填されたカートリッジを受容するように構成される、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 前記カートリッジは、カートリッジのセットからのものであり、前記セット内のカートリッジのうちの少なくとも2つは、異なるサイズの締結具を搬送する、請求項13に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、異なるサイズの締結具を前記患者の組織内の異なる穿通深度に送達するように構成される、請求項14に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材は、人工メッシュおよび前記患者の組織に穿通するように構成される、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記一対の突起は、前記陥凹内に配置されると、閉鎖構成をとる、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記突起の閉鎖構成は、前記一対の突起が前記陥凹内に配置されている間、前記ループに対応するフープ状構造を画定する、請求項17に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の部材の遠位先端は、前記一対の突起をともに付勢する、超弾性材料から成り、前記一対の突起は、前記締結具または第2の部材にわたって引っ張られることに起因して後退されながら、相互から離れるように拡開する、請求項18に記載のデバイス。
- 前記超弾性材料は、ニッケル−チタン合金である、請求項19に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の部材の遠位先端は、前記陥凹から抜去されることに応じて、前記一対の突起が跳開し、前記一対の突起間の間隙を画定するように、前記一対の突起を相互から離れるように付勢する、材料から成る、請求項18に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の部材の後退は、前記締結具のフック端が前記一対の突起間の間隙を通して通過することを可能にすることによって、前記一対の突起を前記陥凹から除去し、前記第1の部材の遠位先端を抜去することを含む、請求項21に記載のデバイス。
