Claims (5)
- 壁体の形成前に窓枠が挿入可能なように壁体の一部を開口させ、壁体の外側に段差部が形成されるように型枠を形成する打設準備ステップ(S10)と、
前記型枠の内部に壁体が形成されるようにコンクリートを打設する打設ステップ(S20)と、
前記型枠の内部に打設されたコンクリートが有害な影響を受けないように保護管理する養生ステップ(S30)と、
前記開口された壁体の内側に窓枠を設置する窓枠設置ステップ(S40)と、
前記窓枠を除いた壁体に断熱材を設置する断熱材設置ステップ(S50)と、
前記設置された断熱材の外側に仕上げ材を設置する仕上げ材設置ステップ(S60)とからなり、
前記段差部は、開口部の上側及び両側面が、壁体の外側方向に断熱材の厚さと仕上げ材の厚さとを合わせた分だけ凹み、段差部の深さは、窓枠及び段差部に断熱材が設置されたとき、段差断熱材が窓枠よりも室内方向に向かってさらに内側に位置するように形成する
ことを特徴とする暖かい家を建築するための窓枠断熱工法。 - 前記壁体の材質は、コンクリート、コンクリートブロック、ALCブロック、及びレンガから選択されたいずれか1つからなる
請求項1に記載の暖かい家を建築するための窓枠断熱工法。 - 前記壁体の材質がコンクリートブロック、ALCブロック、またはレンガを用いて形成される場合、壁体の開口部と段差部は、木材又はプラスチック材質で作った窓枠及び段差部の模型を仮設置した後、ブロック又はレンガを積み上げて形成する
請求項2に記載の暖かい家を建築するための窓枠断熱工法。 - 前記断熱材は、壁体に形成された段差部に沿って外面に設置され、段差部に設置される仕上げ材は、壁体に垂直に設置される
請求項1に記載の暖かい家を建築するための窓枠断熱工法。 - 前記型枠の内部には断熱材を挿入して、コンクリート打設後に断熱材がコンクリートの内部に存在する
