Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 方法であって、
ドローンのための提案フライトエリアを受信することと、
前記ドローンのための承認済フライトプランを、
前記提案フライトエリアを、設定可能なフライトゾーンとして指定される場所に関する位置情報を含む包括的な設定可能なフライトゾーン・データベースと比較することと、
前記提案フライトエリアに含まれる設定可能なフライトゾーンとして指定される前記場所を除くフライトパスを含む前記承認済フライトプランを決定することと、
により生成することと、
前記承認済フライトプランを、少なくとも1つのドローンに転送することと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記承認済フライトプランを生成することがさらに、前記承認済フライトプランを決定する場合に、地形認識警報システム信号又は地上接近警報装置無効化信号を適用することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記承認済フライトプランを生成することがさらに、前記承認済フライトプランを決定する場合に、気象警報信号を適用することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記承認済フライトプランを生成することがさらに、前記承認済フライトプランを決定する場合に、自動従属監視ブロードキャスト信号を適用することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記承認済フライトプランがさらに、前記少なくとも1つのドローンは飛行できるが画像は撮影できない、前記フライトパスに含まれる区域を含む、プライバシー強化場所を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記承認済フライトプランが、前記少なくとも1つのドローンに通信可能に接続された別のドローンによって、前記少なくとも1つのドローンに転送されることを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 飛行型ドローン装置であって、
プロセッサと、
ロジックを格納するためのメモリとを備え、前記プロセッサが、
ドローンフライト管理システムに前記飛行型ドローン装置の現在の場所情報を送信し、
前記ドローンフライト管理システムから、設定可能なフライトゾーンとして指定される場所を含む設定可能なフライトゾーン・データベースを受信し、
設定可能なフライトゾーンとして指定された前記場所の周りをナビゲートするために、前記設定可能なフライトゾーン・データベースに基づき前記飛行型ドローン装置の飛行方向を自動的に調整する、
ために前記ロジックを実行することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記プロセッサがさらに、地形認識警報システム信号又は地上接近警報装置無効化信号を受信するために前記ロジックを実行し、前記地形認識警報システム信号又は地上接近警報装置無効化信号が、前記飛行方向を自動的に調整するために使用されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサが、気象警報信号を受信するために前記ロジックをさらに実行し、前記気象警報信号は前記飛行方向を自動的に調整するために使用されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサが、自動従属監視ブロードキャスト信号を受信するために前記ロジックをさらに実行し、前記自動従属監視ブロードキャスト信号は前記飛行方向を自動的に調整するために使用されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記設定可能なフライトゾーン・データベースで特定された前記場所にカメラを向けることを禁止するために前記ロジックをさらに実行することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記設定可能なフライトゾーン・データベースが、無線ネットワーク回線を介して前記飛行型ドローン装置と通信する別のドローンから受信することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記飛行型ドローン装置が、前記飛行型ドローン装置の前記現在の場所に近接して動作する1つ以上の追加のドローンとアドホックネットワークを形成することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記飛行型ドローン装置が前記1つ以上の追加のドローンに前記設定可能なフライトゾーン・データベースを送信することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサが、設定可能なフライトゾーンとして指定される、前記場所のうちの1つ以上から離れたバッファにおいて、前記飛行型ドローン装置に動作させるために、前記ロジックをさらに実行することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサが、設定可能なフライトゾーンとして指定された前記場所に対してプライバシー設定を適用するために前記ロジックをさらに実行することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記プライバシー設定が、前記場所の中の場所の所有者によって規定されることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記プライバシー設定が、前記場所の中の場所が、週の内の一日以上の所定の時間における飛行を許可することを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の装置。
- 飛行型ドローン装置であって、
プロセッサと、
ロジックを格納するためのメモリと、を備え、前記プロセッサが、
前記飛行型ドローン装置の現在の場所情報をドローンフライト管理システムに送信し、
前記ドローンフライト管理システムから、設定可能なフライトゾーンとして指定される場所を含む設定可能なフライトゾーン・データベースを受信し、
設定可能なフライトゾーンとして指定された前記場所の周りをナビゲートするために、前記設定可能なフライトゾーン・データベースに基づいて前記飛行型ドローン装置の飛行方向を自動的に調整し、
飛行中に動的なフライト制限信号を受信し、
さらに前記動的なフライト制限信号に基づいて前記飛行型ドローン装置の飛行方向を自動的に調整する、
ために前記ロジックを実行することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記動的なフライト制限は、自動従属監視ブロードキャスト信号、地形認識警報システム信号、地上接近警報装置無効化信号、気象警報信号、又はそれらの組み合わせの何れかを含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の装置。
- ドローンによる空域へのアクセスを制限するための方法であって、前記方法は、
位置情報を、前記位置情報によって特定される土地に関連するユーザから受信することと、
包括的な設定可能なフライトゾーン・データベースをコンパイルするために、前記位置情報を他の位置情報と組み立てることと、
前記設定可能なフライトゾーン・データベースを少なくとも1つのドローンに転送し、前記ドローンは少なくとも1つの挙動が許可されていないかを判断するために前記設定可能なフライトゾーン・データベースにアクセスし、前記ドローンは、前記設定可能なフライトゾーン・データベースで特定された区域の付近又は範囲内において少なくとも1つの挙動を制限するようにプログラムされることと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
