Claims (15)
- 二酸化スズと、アンチモニーと、弗素とを含む混合物を用い、スプレーコーティング法、堆積法又は蒸着法で絶縁基体の表面に電熱膜層が形成された後、前記電熱膜層と絶縁基体とをアニール成膜プロセスで更に処理する、
ことを特徴とする電熱膜層の製造方法。 - 前記二酸化スズと、前記アンチモニーと、前記弗素とのうち前記アンチモニーの占める質量比は1.0〜2.0%であり、前記弗素の占める質量比は0.1〜0.3%である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電熱膜層の製造方法。 - 前記二酸化スズと、前記アンチモニーと、前記弗素との質量百分率は98.35:1.5:0.15である、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電熱膜層の製造方法。 - 前記混合物には、Cr2O3と、MnO2と、Ni2O3とが更に含まれている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電熱膜層の製造方法。 - 前記アニール成膜プロセスの処理温度は450〜600℃である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電熱膜層の製造方法。 - 前記アニール成膜プロセスの処理時間は15〜25分間である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電熱膜層の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の電熱膜層の製造方法で作製される、
ことを特徴とする電熱膜層。 - プレート体と、
請求項7に記載の電熱膜層と、を含み、
前記電熱膜層は前記プレート体に付着されている、
ことを特徴とする電気加熱プレート。 - 前記プレート体は、アッパープレート体と、アンダープレート体と、を含み、
前記電熱膜層は前記アッパープレート体の下面に付着され、前記アンダープレート体は前記アッパープレート体の下方に位置し、かつ前記アッパープレート体に組み立てられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電気加熱プレート。 - 前記アッパープレート体の下面に更に電極膜が付着され、前記電極膜は前記電熱膜層と電気的に接続され、
前記アンダープレート体に電極が取り付けられ、前記電極の上端が前記電極膜と電気的に接続され、下端が前記アンダープレート体を通して下へ延出している、
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電気加熱プレート。 - 前記アンダープレート体の上面に段付き穴を有し、前記電極の下端が前記段付き穴を通して下へ延出しており、前記電極の上端が前記段付き穴の段差面に支持され、
前記電極の上端と前記段付き穴の段差面との間には、ばねが設けられ、前記電極が前記電極膜に押し付けられるように前記ばねは前記電極の上端を支持している、
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電気加熱プレート。 - 前記電熱膜層は環状であり、前記電極膜と、前記電極と、前記段付き穴とは、いずれも対称的に二つ設けられ、また、二つの前記電極膜の内端が前記電熱膜層の内縁に位置し、外端が前記電熱膜層の外縁に位置し、二つの前記電極の上端面は二つの前記電極膜の外縁に対応的に押し付けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電気加熱プレート。 - 前記アッパープレート体はガラスキャリアーであり、前記アンダープレート体はセラミックキャリアーである、
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電気加熱プレート。 - 二つの前記電極膜はマスクスパッタリングプロセスにより作製され、かつ、その厚さがいずれも3〜10μmであり、幅及び長さが前記電気加熱プレートの電熱膜層の円弧の幅を基準にして1:4.5mm〜1:5.5mmであり、
前記電熱膜層は、厚さが0.5μmである内縁から厚さが1.5μmである外縁まで正比例関数の変化規則に従って膜層をスプレーコーティングし、かつ、1平方センチメートル当たりのスプレーコーティングの電力が3〜5ワットである、
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電気加熱プレート。 - 請求項8〜14のいずれかに記載の電気加熱プレートを含むことを特徴とする調理器具。
