  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) セラミツクス製のプレート本体1と、該プ
    レート本体1の裏面側に付設される面状発熱体2
    と、該面状発熱体2に通電するためのリード端子
    3とを含み、 プレート本体1が、一次焼成された厚手のセラ
    ミツクス基材4と、該セラミツクス基材4の表面
    に一体に二次焼成されて粒子状のセラミツクス素
    子6の一部が外表面に露出している薄手の遠赤外
    線放射用セラミツクス層5とからなるセラミツク
    ス製発熱プレート。 (2) プレート本体1の全厚が、0.6〜15mm
    に設定されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項
    記載のセラミツクス製発熱プレート。
