Claims (14)
- 船に積載された風力タービンブレードの荷扱い方法であって、
前記船の上に、複数のブレードを収容するように構成された、少なくとも根元ラックと先端ラックとを含むブレードラック構成体であって、該根元ラック及び該先端ラック間にブレード支持面を規定するブレードラック構成体を設けるステップと、
前記根元ラック及び前記先端ラックの一方と前記船との間で作用するジャッキを設けるステップと、
前記船に積載された前記根元ラック及び前記先端ラックの一方を前記ジャッキによって上昇又は下降させることより、前記ブレード支持面をある仰角で動かすステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記根元ラック及び前記先端ラックの他方のラックは、実質的に上昇又は下降しない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記根元ラック及び前記先端ラックの前記他方のラックは、静止した基部フレーム上に位置付けられることにより、前記船の積み込みデッキの上方に一定の高さで支持される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記根元ラック又は前記先端ラックの各々は、根元フレーム要素又は先端フレーム要素で構成され、該フレーム要素の各々は、単一のブレードのそれぞれの根元部分又は先端部分を支持するように構成され、前記根元フレーム要素又は前記先端フレーム要素の各々は、前記根元ラック又は前記先端ラック内の1又は2以上の隣接するフレーム要素に分離可能に接続することができる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記根元ラック及び前記先端ラックの前記他方のラックの下方に枢動部を設けるステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ジャッキは、駆動要素を含み、下降支持位置と上昇支持位置との間で回転できる回転自在なラックスペーサをさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ブレード支持面が動く範囲である前記仰角は、少なくとも3度である、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記根元ラックと前記先端ラックとの間に接続ブームを設けるステップをさらに含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の方法に従ってブレードラック構成体の風力タービンブレードの根元支持フレーム要素又は先端支持フレーム要素のラックを上昇又は下降させることができる、風力タービン設置船上のジャッキであって、上昇又は下降される前記根元ラック又は前記先端ラックに位置付けることができ、駆動装置によって駆動される持ち上げプラットホームを備えているジャッキ。
- 前記ジャッキは、前記ラック構成のうちのもう一方の前記根元ラック又は前記先端ラックに位置することができる枢動部をさらに含む、請求項9に記載のジャッキ。
- 前記枢動部は、結合リンク機構によって前記持ち上げプラットホームに回転自在に結合される、請求項9に記載のジャッキ。
- 前記駆動装置は、回転自在なラックスペーサに結合されたリニア駆動部であり、前記ラックスペーサは、前記ラックの枢動結合部に回転自在に結合されるとともに、前記リニア駆動部に回転自在に結合される、請求項9に記載のジャッキ。
- 前記回転自在なラックスペーサは、上昇したラック支持位置と、下降したラック支持位置とを取るように構成され、前記ジャッキアセンブリは、前記回転自在なラックスペーサを前記リニア駆動部によって前記上昇位置と前記下降位置との間で回転させるように構成される、請求項13に記載のジャッキ。
- 積み込みデッキと、クレーンと、請求項9から13のいずれか1項に記載のジャッキとを備える、ことを特徴とする洋上風力タービン設置船。
