Description

− ガスの取り置き分は、タンクの少なくとも1つの物理的特徴、例えば、その容量、その温度、その内部圧力、その充填レベルを決定する段階中に使用され、前記決定する段階は、回路内に閉じ込められたガスの取り置き分から第2タンクにガスを加圧下で注入し、かつ注入の終了時にタンク内のガスの少なくとも1つの物理的パラメータを測定することによって実行され、ガスの物理的パラメータは、タンク内の温度、圧力から選択され、
− 2つの遮断弁間に閉じ込められたガスは、第1タンクの充填の最終段階に対応する温度および圧力条件下にあり、
− 2つの遮断弁間に閉じ込められたガスは、200〜1000バール、好ましくは700〜900バールに含まれる圧力と、0℃〜マイナス41℃、好ましくはマイナス10℃〜マイナス30℃に含まれる温度とを有し、
− 第1遮断弁は、熱交換器に隣接するように回路内に配置され、すなわち、第1遮断弁は、回路の第1端部よりも熱交換器に近く、好ましくは、第1遮断弁は熱交換器の入口に位置し、
− 第2遮断弁は、回路の第2端部に隣接するように回路内に配置され、すなわち、第2遮断弁は、熱交換器よりも回路の第2端部に近く、
− 第1遮断弁と第2遮断弁との間に位置する回路の容積は、0.00005m3〜0.01m3またはそれを超え、例えば最大0.05m3もしくは0.1m3またはそれを超え、例えば1m3であり、
− 第1遮断弁と第2遮断弁との間の回路の長さは、1メートル〜50メートルに含まれ、好ましくは2メートル〜30メートルに含まれ、
− 回路は、少なくとも第1遮断弁と第2遮断弁との間に、断熱材を含む1つまたは複数の管を含む。
Claims (11)
- 加圧ガスの少なくとも1つの供給源(2、3、4)と、前記少なくとも1つの供給源からタンク(1)に前記ガスを移送するための流体回路(5)とを含む充填ステーション(100)を介して加圧ガス、特に加圧水素をタンク(1)に充填する方法であって、前記回路(5)は、前記少なくとも1つのガス供給源(2、3、4)に接続された第1端部と、充填される前記タンク(1)に取外し可能に接続されるように意図された移送管(6)を備えた第2端部とを含み、前記回路(5)は、前記第1端部と前記第2端部との間で直列に配置された第1遮断弁(7)と、流量または圧力調整部材(8)と、充填される前記タンク(1)に移送される前記ガスを冷却するための熱交換器(9)と、第2遮断弁(11)とを含み、前記方法は、第1タンク(1)および次いで異なる第2タンク(1)の連続的な充填を伴い、前記第1タンク(1)の前記充填の終了時に前記第1遮断弁(7)および前記第2遮断弁(11)は閉鎖され、それにより、前記2つの弁(7、11)間で前記回路(5)内において圧力下でガスの取り置き分を閉じ込め、前記ガスの取り置き分は、前記第2弁(11)の開放を介して前記第2タンク(1)を充填するために使用される、方法において、前記回路は、少なくとも前記第1遮断弁(7)と前記第2遮断弁(11)との間に、断熱材を含む1つまたは複数の管を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記ガスの取り置き分は、前記回路の前記第2端部に液密に接続された前記第2タンク(1)の漏れ試験を実施するために使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ガスの取り置き分は、前記回路(5)の漏れ試験を実施するために使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ガスの取り置き分は、前記タンク(1)の少なくとも1つの物理的特徴、例えば、その容量、その温度、その内部圧力、その充填レベルを決定する段階中に使用され、前記決定する段階は、前記回路(5)内に閉じ込められた前記ガスの取り置き分から前記第2タンク(2)にガスを加圧下で注入し、かつ注入の終了時に前記タンク(1)内の前記ガスの少なくとも1つの物理的パラメータを測定することによって実行され、前記ガスの前記物理的パラメータは、前記タンク内の前記温度、前記圧力から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記2つの遮断弁(7、11)間に閉じ込められた前記ガスは、前記第1タンク(1)の充填の最終段階に対応する温度および圧力条件下にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記2つの遮断弁(7、11)間に閉じ込められた前記ガスは、200〜1000バール、700〜900バールに含まれる圧力と、0℃〜マイナス41℃に含まれ、マイナス10℃〜マイナス30℃に含まれる温度とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1遮断弁(7)は、前記熱交換器(9)に隣接するように前記回路内に配置され、すなわち、前記第1遮断弁(7)は、前記回路(5)の前記第1端部よりも前記熱交換器(9)に近く、好ましくは、前記第1遮断弁(7)は前記熱交換器(9)の入口に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2遮断弁(11)は、前記回路(5)の前記第2端部に隣接するように前記回路(5)内に配置され、すなわち、前記第2遮断弁(11)は、前記熱交換器(9)よりも前記回路(5)の前記第2端部に近いことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1遮断弁(7)と前記第2遮断弁(11)との間に位置する回路の容積は、0.00005m3〜0.01m3に含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1遮断弁(7)と前記第2遮断弁(11)との間の回路(5)の長さは、1メートル〜50メートルに含まれ、好ましくは2メートル〜30メートルに含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記2つの遮断弁(7、11)間に閉じ込められた前記ガスは、700〜900バールの圧力と、マイナス10℃〜マイナス30℃に含まれる温度とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
