Claims (7)
- 円筒状の金属ケースの上端に結合して前記金属ケースを覆い、中心には安全弁が設置可能な中空が形成された電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の外部ターミナルであって、
前記金属ケース100が正方向へ立てられた状態で外部に露出する外側部111と、前記外側部111の下部に位置する内側部112と、を備え、
前記内側部112は、
前記中空113に隣接した第1面112aと、前記外側部111への方向に前記第1面112aよりも高い段差を有する第2面112bと、を含むことを特徴とする電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の外部ターミナル。 - 前記外側部111と前記内側部112とが一体化して単一本体を成すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の外部ターミナル。
- 前記単一本体は、円形の外周を備え、
前記単一本体の外周面には、前記金属ケース100をビード加工するためのビーディング用溝114が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の外部ターミナル。 - 前記第2面112bは、前記中空113を中心とする円形に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の外部ターミナル。
- 前記内側部112は、
前記第2面112bを中心とする第3面112cが、前記外側部111への方向に前記第1面112aよりも高く、前記第2面112bよりは低い段差を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の外部ターミナル。 - 前記第3面112cの幅W2が、前記第2面112bの幅W1よりも相対的に大きいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の外部ターミナル。
- 前記第2面112bの段差深さに対応する厚さT1及び前記第3面112cの段差深さに対応する厚さT2が、板状本体の最大厚さTmに対し30〜80%であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の外部ターミナル。
