Description
Claims (4)
- 電極リード部を有するセル組立体が金属ケース内に設けられた電気エネルギー貯蔵装置であって、
支持部121、接続リーブ122及び貫通部127から形成され、前記支持部121及び前記接続リーブ122の下面が前記電極リード部110の一部と接触する内部ターミナル120と、
前記金属ケース150の端部に配置され、前記内部ターミナル120の外部に位置して前記内部ターミナル120と接触する外部ターミナル130と、を含み、
前記電極リード部110は、前記内部ターミナル120の支持部121及び接続リーブ122によって圧着される一部と、前記内部ターミナル120の貫通部127に挿入されて形状が維持される他部と、を含み、
前記内部ターミナル120の中心に前記支持部121が位置し、
前記支持部121の周りに一定間隔を有してバー形態で配列される接続リーブ122が備えられ、
前記複数の接続リーブ122は、前記金属ケース150の内壁に対応するように端部にフランジ部126を備え、
前記フランジ部126は、前記金属ケース150の内壁と接触するとともに、前記外部ターミナル130側へ垂直に延び、前記外部ターミナル130の下部縁端を囲み、
前記電極リード部110に接触する前記内部ターミナル120の接触面積が、前記電極リード部110の全体断面積の60%以上であることを特徴とする電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。 - 前記支持部121の中心には、電解質含浸用の通孔124が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記内部ターミナル120の円周方向に延びて前記接続リーブ122を相互連結する少なくとも一つ以上の補強リーブ125をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記電極リード部110は、切断装置によって前記接続リーブ122の両側面122aに対応する部分を切断した後、内部ターミナル120の形状に合わせて圧着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
