Claims (19)
- IVセットであって、
一体型の点滴チャンバーと、
この点滴チャンバーを流体バッグに流体接続するためのスパイクと、
前記点滴チャンバーを血管アクセス器具に接続するための配管と、
前記点滴チャンバーに直接装着される空気遮断膜であって、IVセット内の流体レベルがこの空気遮断膜に達した後に、前記点滴チャンバーが当該空気遮断膜の下に流体柱を維持する空気遮断膜と
を具えていることを特徴とするIVセット。 - 前記空気遮断膜が親水性の膜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のIVセット。
- 前記空気遮断膜が前記点滴チャンバーに配されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のIVセット。
- 前記空気遮断膜は、前記点滴チャンバーの下面に接合されて前記点滴チャンバーの末端開口を上から覆っていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のIVセット。
- 前記空気遮断膜の泡立ち点圧力が3psiよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のIVセット。
- 流れ断面積が2.85cm2以下であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のIVセット。
- 膜通過流れが30mL/min/cm2/barよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のIVセット。
- 膜通過流れが1150mL/min/cm2/barよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のIVセット。
- IVセットであって、
点滴チャンバーと、
この点滴チャンバーを流体バッグに流体接続するためのスパイクと、
前記点滴チャンバーを血管アクセス器具に接続するための配管と、
前記スパイク内か、または前記スパイクと前記点滴チャンバーとの間に配される空気遮断膜であって、IVセット内の流体レベルがこの空気遮断膜に達した後に、当該当該空気遮断膜の下に流体柱を維持する空気遮断膜と
を具えていることを特徴とするIVセット。 - 前記空気遮断膜の泡立ち点圧力が3psiよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のIVセット。
- 前記空気遮断膜の泡立ち点圧力がおよそ5psiであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のIVセット。
- 流れ断面積が2.85cm2以下であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のIVセット。
- 膜通過流れが30mL/min/cm2/barよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のIVセット。
- IVセットであって、
点滴チャンバーと、
この点滴チャンバーを流体バッグに流体接続するためのスパイクと、
前記点滴チャンバーを血管アクセス器具に接続するための配管と、
IVセットに装着される空気遮断膜であって、IVセット内の流体レベルがこの空気遮断膜に達した後に、当該空気遮断膜の下に流体柱を維持する空気遮断膜と
を具え、前記空気遮断膜が内部に配される膜ハウジングをさらに具えていることを特徴とするIVセット。 - 前記空気遮断膜は、1psiよりも大きな泡立ち点圧力を有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載のIVセット。
- 流れ断面積が60cm2以下であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のIVセット。
- 膜通過流れが30mL/min/cm2/barよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のIVセット。
- 膜通過流れがおよそ2000mL/min/cm2/barであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のIVセット。
- 前記膜ハウジングは、前記点滴チャンバーから独立してその下流か、または前記点滴チャンバーと遠隔のスパイクとの間に配されていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のIVセット。
