Description
Claims (20)
- ペット用咀嚼物品を形成するための射出成形方法であって、前記射出成形方法は、
前記ペット用咀嚼物品を形成するための少なくとも1つの成形用キャビティを含む射出成形用金型を提供することと、
第1のポリマー組成物色を有する第1のポリマー組成物を提供することと、
前記第1のポリマー組成物と異なる第2のポリマー組成物色を有する第2のポリマー組成物を提供することと、
第1の可塑化射出ユニット中で熱により前記第1のポリマー組成物を可塑化することと、
第2の可塑化射出ユニット中で熱により前記第2のポリマー組成物を可塑化することと、
前記第1のポリマー組成物及び前記第2のポリマー組成物が混合し、不均質混合物を形成するように、前記ペット用咀嚼物品を形成するための前記少なくとも1つの成形用キャビティ内に前記第1のポリマー組成物及び前記第2のポリマー組成物を射出することと、
前記ペット用咀嚼物品の外面がまだらにされ、前記まだらにされた外面が、各領域が異なる色を有する複数の領域からなるように、前記第1のポリマー組成物及び前記第2のポリマー組成物の前記不均質混合物から前記ペット用咀嚼物品を形成することと、
を含む方法。 - 前記複数の領域が、前記ペット用咀嚼物品の前記外面上の大理石模様の部分である、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記複数の領域が、前記ペット用咀嚼物品の前記外面上に渦巻模様を形成する、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 各領域が、不規則に成形される、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記複数の領域が、前記第1のポリマー組成物及び前記第2のポリマー組成物の混ざり合うところで形成される少なくとも1つの線条によって区分される、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの線条によって区分される前記複数の領域の色が、前記線条の長さに沿って変化する、
請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のポリマー組成物及び前記第2のポリマー組成物が前記少なくとも1つの成形用キャビティを同時に満たして前記ペット用咀嚼物品を形成する際に、前記第1のポリマー組成物及び前記第2のポリマー組成物の流れ模様によって前記少なくとも1つの線条が形成される、
請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のポリマー組成物が、第1のポリマー組成物硬度値を有し、
前記第2のポリマー組成物が、前記第1のポリマー組成物硬度値と異なる第2のポリマー組成物硬度値を有する、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のポリマー組成物が、50〜90の範囲のショアDデュロメータ硬度値を有し、
前記第2のポリマー組成物が、45〜75の範囲のショアAデュロメータ硬度値を有する、
請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記ペット用咀嚼物品の前記外面が、前記第1のポリマー組成物硬度値と前記第2のポリマー組成物硬度値との間の少なくとも1つの中間硬度値を示す、
請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記ペット用咀嚼物品が、前記第1のポリマー組成物硬度値と前記第2のポリマー組成物硬度値との間の複数の高度値を示す、
請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のポリマー組成物及び前記第2のポリマー組成物のうちの少なくとも一方が、エラストマーを含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のポリマー組成物及び前記第2のポリマー組成物のうちの少なくとも一方が、合成ポリマーを含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のポリマー組成物及び前記第2のポリマー組成物のうちの少なくとも一方が、食用ポリマーを含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の可塑化射出ユニット及び前記第2の可塑化射出ユニットのうちの少なくとも一方が、往復スクリュー可塑化射出ユニットである、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 複数のペット用咀嚼物品を形成するための射出成形方法であって、前記射出成形方法は、
前記ペット用咀嚼物品を形成するための少なくとも1つの成形用キャビティを含む射出成形用金型を提供することと、
第1のポリマー組成物色を有する第1のポリマー組成物を提供することと、
前記第1のポリマー組成物と異なる第2のポリマー組成物色を有する第2のポリマー組成物を提供することと、
第1の可塑化射出ユニット中で熱により前記第1のポリマー組成物を可塑化することと、
第2の可塑化射出ユニット中で熱により前記第2のポリマー組成物を可塑化することと、
前記第1のポリマー組成物及び前記第2のポリマー組成物が混合し、第1の不均質混合物を形成するように、前記複数のペット用咀嚼物品のうちの第1のペット用咀嚼物品を形成するための前記少なくとも1つの成形用キャビティ内に前記第1のポリマー組成物及び前記第2のポリマー組成物を射出することと、
前記第1のペット用咀嚼物品の外面がまだらにされ、前記まだらにされた外面が、各領域が異なる色を有する複数の領域を含むように、前記第1のポリマー組成物及び前記第2のポリマー組成物の前記第1の不均質混合物から前記第1のペット用咀嚼物品を形成することと、
第2のペット用咀嚼物品を形成する前に前記射出成形方法の少なくとも1つのプロセスパラメータを変更することと、
前記第1のポリマー組成物及び前記第2のポリマー組成物が混合し、第2の不均質混合物を形成するように、前記複数のペット用咀嚼物品のうちの前記第2のペット用咀嚼物品を形成するための前記少なくとも1つの成形用キャビティ内に前記第1のポリマー組成物及び前記第2のポリマー組成物を射出することと、
前記第2のペット用咀嚼物品の外面がまだらにされ、前記まだらにされた外面が、各領域が異なる色を有する複数の領域を含むように、前記第1のポリマー組成物及び前記第2のポリマー組成物の前記第2の不均質混合物から前記第2のペット用咀嚼物品を形成することと、
を含み、
前記第1のペット用咀嚼物品の前記複数の異なる着色領域は、前記第2のペット用咀嚼物品の前記複数の異なる着色領域と必ずしも同じではない、
方法。 - 第2のペット用咀嚼物品を形成する前に前記射出成形方法の少なくとも1つのプロセスパラメータを変更することが、前記第1のポリマー組成物及び前記第2のポリマー組成物のうちの少なくとも一方の射出プロファイルを変更することをさらに含む、

請求項18に記載の方法。 - 第2のペット用咀嚼物品を形成する前に前記射出成形方法の少なくとも1つのプロセスパラメータを変更することが、前記第1のポリマー組成物及び前記第2のポリマー組成物のうちの少なくとも一方の射出能力を変更することをさらに含む、
請求項17に記載の方法。 - ペット用咀嚼物品を形成するための射出成形方法であって、前記射出成形方法は、
前記ペット用咀嚼物品を形成するための少なくとも1つの成形用キャビティを含む射出成形用金型を提供することと、
第1のポリマー組成物可視光透過率レベルを有する第1のポリマー組成物を提供することと、
前記第1のポリマー組成物と異なる第2のポリマー組成物可視光透過率レベルを有する第2のポリマー組成物を提供することと、
第1の可塑化射出ユニット中で前記第1のポリマー組成物を可塑化することと、
第2の可塑化射出ユニット中で前記第2のポリマー組成物を可塑化することと、
前記第1のポリマー組成物及び前記第2のポリマー組成物が混合し、不均質混合物を形成するように、前記ペット咀嚼物品を形成するための前記少なくとも1つの成形用キャビティ内に前記第1のポリマー組成物及び前記第2のポリマー組成物を射出することと、
前記ペット用咀嚼物品の外面が、各領域が異なる可視光透過率を有する複数の領域からなるように、前記第1のポリマー組成物及び前記第2のポリマー組成物の前記不均質混合物から前記ペット用咀嚼物品を形成することと、
を含む方法。
