Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 相互離隔し、平行に固定配列された第1基軸線及び第2基軸線と、
前記第2基軸線を第1回転方向に回転し、前記第1基軸線を、前記第1回転方向と反対方向である第2回転方向に回転し、前記第1基軸線と前記第2基軸線とをかわるがわる螺旋パターンに巻く第1電線と、
前記第1基軸線を、前記第1回転方向に回転し、前記第2基軸線を、前記第2回転方向に回転し、前記第1基軸線と前記第2基軸線とをかわるがわる螺旋パターンに巻く第2電線と、を含み、
前記第1電線及び前記第2電線が、前記第1基軸線と前記第2基軸線との間の中心軸で交差する電線束。 - 前記第1基軸線、第2基軸線、第1電線及び第2電線のうち少なくとも1本の電線は、電流が流れないダミー線であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線束。
- 前記ダミー線は、導体、不導体、半導体、可燃性素材または可溶性素材からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電線束。
- 前記第1基軸線、第2基軸線、第1電線及び第2電線の太さは、互いに異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線束。
- 前記第1基軸線及び前記第2基軸線は、前記第1基軸線または前記第2基軸線の太さの10倍以内の間隔で離隔されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線束。
- 前記第1基軸線、第2基軸線、第1電線及び第2電線の外部をカバーする被覆材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線束。
- 前記第1基軸線、第2基軸線、第1電線及び第2電線それぞれは、単芯線または多芯線であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線束。
- 相互離隔し、平行に固定配列された第1基軸線及び第2基軸線を提供する段階と、
第1電線が、前記第1基軸線及び第2基軸線のうち離隔距離が遠い第2基軸線を、第1回転方向に螺旋回転する段階と、
前記第1電線と反対側の第2電線が、前記第1電線と交差し、前記第1基軸線を、前記第1回転方向に螺旋回転する段階と、
前記第1電線が、前記第1基軸線を、前記第1回転方向と反対方向である第2回転方向に螺旋回転する段階と、
前記第2電線が、前記第1電線と交差し、前記第2基軸線を、前記第2回転方向に螺旋回転する段階と、を含む電線束製造方法。 - 前記第1基軸線、第2基軸線、第1電線及び第2電線の太さは、互いに異なることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電線束製造方法。
- 前記第1基軸線及び前記第2基軸線は、前記第1基軸線または前記第2基軸線の太さの10倍以内の間隔で離隔されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電線束製造方法。
- 前記第1基軸線、第2基軸線、第1電線及び第2電線のうち少なくとも1本の電線は、電流が流れないダミー線であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電線束製造方法。
- 前記ダミー線は、導体、不導体、半導体、可燃性素材または可溶性素材からなることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電線束製造方法。
- 前記ダミー線が可燃性素材からなるとき、
前記可燃性素材を燃焼させてダミー線を除去することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電線束製造方法。 - 前記ダミー線が可溶性素材からなるとき、
前記可溶性素材を溶解させ、ダミー線を除去することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電線束製造方法。 - 請求項1ないし7のうちいずれか1項に記載の電線束と、
前記電線束が巻かれた磁性部材、または前記電線束を環状または円筒状に覆い包んだ磁性部材と、
前記磁性部材及び電線束を収容する絶縁容器と、
外部電源と電気的に接続する入力端子と、
負荷と電気的に接続する出力端子と、を含む電力システム。
