Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 多重構造3次元(3D)物体を印刷する方法であって、
易焼結性材料の層を形成するステップと、
第1の組の処理パラメータを用いて前記易焼結性材料の第1の部分を処理するステップと、
第2の組の処理パラメータを用いて前記易焼結性材料の第2の部分を処理するステップ
を含み、
前記処理された第1の部分と第2の部分は、多重構造3D物体の第1の構造の一部と第2の構造の一部をそれぞれ形成することからなる、方法。 - 易焼結性材料の前記層が、易焼結性材料の第1の層を含み、
易焼結性材料の第2の層を形成するステップと、
前記第2の組の処理パラメータを用いて前記第2の層を処理するステップであって、該処理された第2の層は、前記第2の構造の一部を形成することからなる、ステップ
をさらに含む、請求項1の方法。 - 易焼結性材料の第3の層を形成するステップと、
前記第1の組の処理パラメータを用いて前記第3の層を処理するステップであって、該処理された第3の層は、前記第1の構造の一部を形成することからなる、ステップ
をさらに含む、請求項2の方法。 - 第1の組の処理パラメータを用いる前記ステップが、第1のインク濃度を有する融剤を易焼結性材料の前記第1の部分に加えるステップを含み、
第2の組の処理パラメータを用いる前記ステップが、第2のインク濃度を有する融剤を易焼結性材料の前記第2の部分に加えるステップを含む
ことからなる、請求項1の方法。 - 前記第2の構造はコア構造を構成し、前記第1の構造は、前記コア構造を囲むシェル構造を構成する、請求項1の方法。
- 多重構造3次元(3D)物体を印刷するためのシステムであって、
易焼結性材料用の支持体を受ける支持部材受け部と、
前記支持体上に易焼結性材料の層を供給するための易焼結性材料供給器を受ける供給器受け部と、
異なる組の処理パラメータを、易焼結性材料の前記層の異なる部分にそれぞれ加えるための多重構造処理モジュールであって、それぞれの組の処理パラメータは、前記3D物体の異なる構造の形成を容易にすることからなる、多重構造処理モジュール
を備えるシステム。 - 前記易焼結性材料供給器は、前記支持体上に易焼結性材料の複数の層を供給することができ、前記多重構造処理モジュールは、前記3D物体の第1の構造を形成するために、第1の組の処理パラメータをいくつかの層に適用することができ、かつ、前記3D物体の第2の構造を形成するために、第2の組の処理パラメータを他の層に適用することができることからなる、請求項6のシステム。
- 前記処理パラメータは、インク濃度レベル、インクの色、放射線暴露時間、放射線強度、及びこれらの組み合わせからなるグループから選択される、請求項6のシステム。
- 易焼結性材料の前記層の一部に融剤を選択的に加えるための融剤供給器をさらに備え、前記多重構造処理モジュールは、易焼結性材料の前記層に対応する3D物体の断面の画像パターンにしたがって前記融剤を配置するように前記融剤供給器を制御することができることからなる、請求項6のシステム。
- 易焼結性材料の前記層の一部に装飾剤を選択的に加えるための装飾剤供給器をさらに備え、前記多重構造処理モジュールは、易焼結性材料の前記層の詳細パターンにしたがって前記装飾剤を配置するように前記装飾剤供給器を制御することができることからなる、請求項9のシステム。
- 前記融剤供給器は、プリントヘッドの第1のノズルアレイを含み、前記装飾剤供給器は、前記プリントヘッドの第2のノズルアレイを含む、請求項10のシステム。
- 命令を格納している非一時的な機械可読記憶媒体であって、該命令は、3次元(3D)印刷装置のプロセッサによって実行されると、該3D印刷装置に、
製作用台上に易焼結性材料の第1の層を形成するステップと、
第1の組の処理パラメータを用いて前記第1の層を処理するステップと、
前記製作用台上に易焼結性材料の第2の層を形成するステップと、
第2の組の処理パラメータを用いて前記第2の層を処理するステップ
を実行させ、
処理された前記第1の層及び第2の層は、多重構造3D物体の第1の構造の一部と第2の構造の一部をそれぞれ構成することからなる、機械可読記憶媒体。 - 前記第1の層を処理する前記ステップは、第1のインク濃度を有する融剤を前記第1の層に加えることを含み、前記第2の層を処理する前記ステップは、第2のインク濃度を有する融剤を前記第2の層に加えることを含む、請求項12の機械可読記憶媒体。
- 前記第1の層を処理する前記ステップは、第1の時間の間、前記第1の層に放射線を加えることを含み、前記第2の層を処理する前記ステップは、第2の時間の間、前記第2の層に放射線を加えることを含む、請求項12の機械可読記憶媒体。
- 前記第1の層を処理する前記ステップは、第1の強度の放射線を前記第1の層に加えることを含み、前記第2の層を処理する前記ステップは、第2の強度の放射線を前記第2の層に加えることを含む、請求項12の機械可読記憶媒体。
