Description
Claims (15)
- 3次元(3D)カラー機能性部材を製造する3D印刷のための方法であって:
焼結性材料を適用し;
色が、シアン、マゼンタ、イエロー、またはこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される着色融着剤を焼結性材料の部分上に選択的に適用し;
第一の量の放射エネルギーを焼結性材料の当該部分に適用して予備融着させ;そして
第一の量の放射エネルギーと異なる第二の量の放射エネルギーを焼結性材料の当該部分に適用して融着させることを含む方法。 - 第一の量の放射エネルギーの適用が、加熱ランプを焼結性材料の当該部分を横切って第一の速度で掃引することを含み;そして
第二の量の放射エネルギーの適用が、加熱ランプを焼結性材料の当該部分を横切って、第一の速度と異なる第二の速度で掃引することを含む、請求項1の方法。 - 加熱ランプを焼結性材料の当該部分を横切って第二の速度で掃引することが、加熱ランプを焼結性材料の当該部分を横切って第一の速度より遅い第二の速度で掃引することを含む、請求項2の方法。
- 加熱ランプを焼結性材料の当該部分を横切って第一の速度で掃引することが、加熱ランプを焼結性材料の当該部分を横切って、毎秒15インチから毎秒20インチの間の速度で掃引することを含む、請求項2または3の方法。
- 加熱ランプを焼結性材料の当該部分を横切って第二の速度で掃引することが、加熱ランプを焼結性材料の当該部分を横切って、毎秒5インチから毎秒15インチの間の速度で掃引することを含む、請求項2から4の何れか1の方法。
- ディテール化剤を焼結性材料の当該部分、別の部分、または当該部分および他の部分の両者に選択的に適用することをさらに含む、請求項1から5の何れか1の方法。
- 着色融着剤を適用する前に焼結性材料を加熱することをさらに含む、請求項1から6の何れか1の方法。
- 焼結性材料を加熱することが、焼結性材料を約50℃から約400℃の範囲の温度に加熱することを含む、請求項7の方法。
- 3次元(3D)カラー機能性部材を製造する3D印刷のためのシステムであって:
焼結性材料用の支持体;
焼結性材料の層を支持体上にもたらすための焼結性材料ディストリビュータ;
焼結性材料の層の部分上に、色がシアン、マゼンタ、イエロー、またはこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される着色融着剤を選択的に供給するための融着剤ディストリビュータ;および
予備融着動作の間に着色融着剤が供給された焼結性材料の層に対して第一の量の放射エネルギーを適用して予備融着させ、そして融着段階の間に焼結性材料の層に対して第二の量の放射エネルギーを適用して焼結性材料を融着させるように放射線源を制御するための予備融着/融着モジュールを含むシステム。 - ディテール化剤を焼結性材料の層の部分上に選択的に適用するためのディテール化剤ディストリビュータ;および
融着剤ディストリビュータを制御して焼結性材料の層についての3Dオブジェクトの断面のイメージパターンに従って着色融着剤を堆積させ、そしてディテール化剤ディストリビュータを制御して焼結性材料の層についての詳細パターンに従ってディテール化剤を堆積させるイメージングモジュールをさらに含む、請求項9のシステム。 - 融着剤ディストリビュータが、プリントヘッドのノズルの第一のアレイを含み、およびディテール化剤ディストリビュータが、プリントヘッドのノズルの第二のアレイを含む、請求項9または10のシステム。
- 着色融着剤を供給する前に焼結性材料を約50℃から約400℃の範囲の温度に加熱する熱源をさらに含む、請求項9から11の何れか1のシステム。
- 非一時的機械可読式記憶媒体であって、命令を格納しており、3次元(3D)カラー機能性部材を製造するために3D印刷機のプロセッサによって実行された場合に、3D印刷装置に:

焼結性材料を約50℃から約400℃の範囲の温度に加熱させ;
3Dオブジェクト層の断面のイメージパターンに従って、色がシアン、マゼンタ、イエロー、またはこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される着色融着剤を焼結性材料の部分上に堆積させ;
予備融着段階において第一の期間にわたり焼結性材料を放射線に曝露させて焼結性材料を予備融着し;そして
融着段階において第二の期間にわたり焼結性材料を放射線に曝露させて焼結性材料を融着し、第二の期間が第一の期間よりも長い、媒体。 - 前記命令がさらに、3D印刷装置にディテール化剤を、焼結性材料の当該部分、別の部分、または当該部分と他の部分の両者に堆積させる、請求項13の媒体。
- 前記命令がさらに3D印刷装置に、焼結性材料の製造ベッド内への伸展、焼結性材料の加熱、着色融着剤の堆積、第一の期間にわたる焼結性材料の放射線への曝露、および第二の期間にわたる焼結性材料の放射線への曝露を繰り返させ、3Dオブジェクトの後続のオブジェクト層を形成する、請求項13または14の媒体。
