Claims (8)
- 熱交換器(1)と、当該熱交換器(1)を収容するための流路内の溝(7)の内壁との間の隙間をシールするためのシール(5)であって、
前記熱交換器(1)の外周の少なくとも一部に前記シール(5)を固定するための少なくとも1つの固定部材(51、52)と、
前記熱交換器(1)と前記流路との間の前記隙間をシールするとともに、前記熱交換器(1)の前記外周の当該少なくとも一部を前記溝(7)の内側に固定するように、前記溝(7)の対向する側面(71、72)に接触する、少なくとも第1リップ(53)および第2リップ(54)と、を備える、シール(5)。 - 少なくとも前記第1リップ(53)は、可撓性材料を含み、前記リップ(53)が圧力下において曲がることを可能にする、請求項1に記載のシール(5)。
- 前記第2リップ(54)は、前記第1リップ(53)よりも、曲げに対して高い抵抗を有する材料を含む、請求項1に記載のシール(5)。
- 前記シール(5)は、第1固定部材(51)と第2固定部材(52)とを備え、前記第1固定部材(51)および前記第2固定部材(52)は、前記2つの部材間において、前記熱交換器(1)の一部をスナップ嵌めする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のシール(5)。
- 前記シール(5)は、押出成形によって得られる、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のシール(5)。
- 前記シール(5)は、射出成形によって得られる、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のシール(5)。
- 熱交換器(1)と、当該熱交換器(1)を通過する流体を案内するための流路との組立体であって、
前記流路は、前記熱交換器(1)の外周の少なくとも一部を収容するための溝(7)を含み、
前記組立体は、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のシール(5)を含む、組立体。 - 請求項7に記載の組立体を備える、吸気マニホルド(AIM)(2)。
