Abstract
Description
自動車の自動化された走行のための方法は、車両の長手方向移動及び横方向移動の制御を含む。独国特許出願公開第102011005844号明細書(DE102011005844A1)には、車両の自動化された制御のための方法が記載されている。独国特許出願公開第102011085167号明細書(DE102011085167A1)には、車両が自律的に走行し、運転者がこの段階においてリスクなしで他の操作に従事することができる方法が記載されている。引き継ぎ要求の後で初めて、運転者は再び車両誘導を引き継ぐ必要がある。
本発明の課題は、自動化された走行のための方法の改善である。この課題は、自動化走行中に、運転者が、承認されていない電子機器を使用する場合に、指示が運転者に出力されることによって達成される。ここでのこの指示は、運転者が承認されていない電子機器を使用していることを示し、運転者がこの機器の使用を控える必要があることを運転者に明確に示すべきものである。
Claims (14)
- 自動車の少なくとも1つの走行機能の自動化された実施のための方法であって、
運転者が、使用に対して承認されている電子機器を使用しているかどうかが検査され、承認されていない機器が使用されている場合には、指示が前記運転者に出力されることを特徴とする方法。 - 車両の走行機能の自動化された実施中に、引き継ぎ条件が開始される場合、引き継ぎ要求が、自動化されて実施されている前記走行機能の引き継ぎのために前記運転者に出力される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 承認されていない機器が使用されている場合の前記運転者への前記指示は、引き継ぎ要求である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記指示は、光学的及び/又は音響的及び/又は触覚的信号を用いて表示される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 複数の情報が、前記自動車の制御機器と前記電子機器との間で交換され、前記自動車と情報を交換した電子機器は、承認されている電子機器として規定される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 複数の情報が、前記自動車の制御機器と前記電子機器との間で交換され、メモリに承認済みとして格納されている電子機器は、承認されている電子機器として識別される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記指示は、光学的及び/又は音響的及び/又は触覚的信号を用いて、前記運転者によって使用される電子機器に出力される、請求項2乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記運転者によって使用される前記電子機器は、指示が出力される場合には機能性が制限される、請求項5乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 複数の情報が、承認されていない電子機器と前記自動車との間で交換される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 承認されていない電子機器の使用は、メモリに記録される、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するように適合化されていることを特徴とするデータ処理装置。
- 請求項11に記載の少なくとも1つのデータ処理装置を備えていることを特徴とする車両。
- 自動車のデータ処理装置とデータ接続を用いて接続されるように構成され、かつ、指示を運転者に光学的及び/又は音響的及び/又は触覚的信号を用いて表示するように適合化されていることを特徴とする電子機器。
- 前記電子機器は、指示が前記運転者に出力される場合には、その機能性が制限される、請求項13に記載の電子機器。
