Abstract
【解決手段】リターナブル壜体の新規製造時に壜体表面に当該壜体の個体識別データである識別コードを刻設した個体識別表示部を形成し、個体識別表示部を読み取って記憶媒体に当該壜体の個体識別データとともに当該壜体の輸送に係る個別輸送状態データを関連付けて書き込み蓄積し、記憶媒体に蓄積された個別輸送状態データに基づき当該壜体の継続再使用の可否を判定する。

Claims (6)
- リターナブル壜体の新規製造時に壜体表面に当該壜体の個体識別データである識別コードを刻設した個体識別表示部を形成し、
前記個体識別表示部を読み取って記憶媒体に当該壜体の前記個体識別データとともに当該壜体の輸送に係る個別輸送状態データを関連付けて書き込み蓄積し、
前記記憶媒体に蓄積された前記個別輸送状態データに基づき当該壜体の継続再使用の可否を判定することを特徴とするリターナブル壜の再使用管理方法。 - 前記個別輸送状態データが移動距離に係る移動距離データであり、当該壜体の前記移動距離データが所定の距離を充足することによって継続再使用の可否を判定する請求項1に記載のリターナブル壜の再使用管理方法。
- 前記移動距離データが、当該壜体の内容物の充填場所(A)と当該壜体の充填後の販売拠点(B)とから割り出される請求項1又は2に記載のリターナブル壜の再使用管理方法。
- 前記移動距離データが、当該壜体の内容物の充填場所(A)と当該壜体の充填後の販売拠点(B)と当該壜体の使用後の回収場所(C)とから割り出される請求項1又は2に記載のリターナブル壜の再使用管理方法。
- 前記個体識別表示部が壜体を製造するホットエンド時においてレーザー加工により壜体表面に形成されている請求項1に記載のリターナブル壜の再使用管理方法。
- 前記個体識別表示部が2次元コードによって表示されている請求項1又は5のいずれかに記載のリターナブル壜の再使用管理方法。
