図1〜図5を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態によるテレビジョン装置100の構成について説明する。なお、テレビジョン装置100は、特許請求の範囲の「表示装置」の一例である。
第1実施形態では、以下のような効果を得ることができる。
次に、図1および図6を参照して、第2実施形態について説明する。この第2実施形態では、光出射部6a〜6bの形状を異ならせること(配光特性を異ならせること)により、光の出射方向を異ならせて、反射シート5の異なる反射領域A1〜A4に光を照射した上記第1実施形態とは異なり、光出射部206a〜206b自体の設置角度を異ならせることにより、光の出射方向を異ならせて、反射シート5の異なる反射領域A1〜A4に光を照射するように構成した例について説明する。なお、第2実施形態のテレビジョン装置200(図1参照)は、第1実施形態と同様に、単位構成Uが幅方向(X方向)に複数(4個)並ぶように配置されている。以下の説明では、1個の単位構成Uについて説明し、他の単位構成Uについて説明を省略する。
第2実施形態では、以下のような効果を得ることができる。
次に、図1および図7を参照して、第3実施形態について説明する。この第3実施形態では、光出射部6a〜6bを前後方向(Y方向)において1個配置(1列で配置)した上記第1実施形態とは異なり、光出射部306aおよび306b(306cおよび306d)を前後方向(Y方向、表示部1の表示面10(図2参照)に直交する方向)において複数(2個)並べて配置する例について説明する。なお、第3実施形態のテレビジョン装置300(図1参照)は、上記第1実施形態と同様に、単位構成Uが幅方向(X方向)に複数(4個)並ぶように配置されている。以下の説明では、1個の単位構成Uについて説明し、他の単位構成Uについて説明を省略する。
第3実施形態では、以下のような効果を得ることができる。
次に、図1および図8を参照して、第4実施形態について説明する。この第4実施形態では、光出射部6a〜6bを互いに異なる方向に向けて光を出射するように構成した上記第1実施形態とは異なり、光出射部406a〜406bを互いに略平行な方向に光を出射するように構成した例について説明する。
第4実施形態では、以下のような効果を得ることができる。
次に、図1および図9を参照して、第5実施形態について説明する。この第5実施形態では、光出射部306a〜306bを反射シート5の下端近傍にのみ配置した上記第3実施形態とは異なり、光出射部506a〜506bを反射シート505の下端近傍および上端近傍の両方に配置する例について説明する。
第5実施形態では、以下のような効果を得ることができる。
次に、図10を参照して、第6実施形態について説明する。この第6実施形態では、上記第1実施形態の構成に加えて、反射シート605が仕切壁654を有する例について説明する。

Claims (11)
- 表示部と、
前記表示部に対向して配置され、照射された光を前記表示部側に反射する反射部と、
前記反射部の互いに異なる反射領域に光を照射可能なように、前記反射部の端部近傍に配置された複数の光出射部と、
前記複数の光出射部ごとに発光量を調整する制御を行う制御部と、を備える、表示装置。 - 前記複数の光出射部は、前記反射領域が互いに略重複しないように、前記反射領域に光を照射するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記反射部は、前記光出射部から出射された光が、導光板を介さずに空間を介して前記反射部の前記反射領域に照射されるように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記反射部は、前記光出射部側の前記反射部の一方端部から、前記一方端部とは逆側の他方端部に向かって、前記表示部に近づくように傾斜している、請求項3に記載の表示装置。
- 前記反射部は、前記表示部に沿って配置され、光を前記表示部側に反射する反射部本体と、前記反射部本体から前記表示部に向けて延びるとともに、前記光出射部からの光の出射方向に沿って延びており、前記反射部の前記反射領域を区画する仕切壁とを含む、請求項3または4に記載の表示装置。
- 前記反射領域は、前記表示部の表示面と平行な面方向において、マトリクス状に配置され、
前記面方向のうち前記光出射部側の前記反射部の端部が延びる第1方向に直交する第2方向に並ぶ複数の前記反射領域からなる反射領域群と、前記反射領域群の端部近傍に配置され、前記反射領域群に光を照射する複数の前記光出射部からなる光出射部群とを含む単位構成が、前記第1方向に複数配置されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。 - 前記光出射部は、光を発する光源部と、前記光源部からの光を前記反射部に導くレンズとを含み、
前記複数の光出射部は、互いに前記光源部に対する前記レンズの配光特性を異ならせること、または、互いに前記光出射部自体の設置角度を異ならせることにより、光の出射方向を異ならせて、前記反射部の異なる前記反射領域に光を照射するように構成されている、請求項6に記載の表示装置。 - 前記光出射部は、前記表示部の表示面に直交する方向において、複数並べて設けられている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数の光出射部は、それぞれ、前記表示部の表示面に略平行な方向に光を出射するように構成されている、請求項8に記載の表示装置。
- 前記光出射部は、光を発する光源部と、前記光源部からの光を前記反射部に導くレンズとを含み、
前記複数の光出射部の前記レンズは、前記表示部の表示面に直交する方向において、互いに接続されて、一体的に形成されている、請求項8または9に記載の表示装置。 - 前記光出射部は、前記反射部の互いに向かい合う前記端部の一方側に設けられる第1光出射部と、他方側に設けられる第2光出射部とを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
