- 車両を制御するための装置であって、
車両が走行に関してドライバによって制御される第1運転状態(I)で車両を運転することができ、車両が走行に関して自動的にまたは少なくとも高度に自動的にドライバの操作なしに運転される第2運転状態(II)で車両を運転することができる装置において、
ドライバ監視装置(5,6,7,14,15,16)が、ドライバの運転能力を検出し、ドライバが運転不能であることが検出された場合に車両の制御装置(8)を第1運転状態(I)から第2運転状態(II)へ自動的に切り換えるように構成されていることを特徴とする車両を制御するための装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
