Abstract
【解決手段】シート装置は、車両の乗員が着座するシートと、前記乗員の操作を受け付ける操作受付部と、前記操作受付部が前記乗員からの操作を受け付けるまで前記シートの位置を固定し、前記操作受付部が前記乗員からの操作を受け付けた場合に、前記シートの位置を前記車両の前後方向に移動可能な状態にする移動機構と、前記車両の走行状態または外部環境に関する所定条件を満たす場合に、前記所定条件を満たさない場合に比して前記シートの移動を制限する制限部と、を備える。

Description
図1は、第1実施形態のシート装置1の構成図である。第1実施形態のシート装置1は、例えば、専ら運転者による手動操作により加減速および操舵が制御される車両(以下、自車両Mと称する)に搭載される。例えば、自車両Mは、三輪や四輪等の車両であり、その駆動源は、ディーゼルエンジンやガソリンエンジン等の内燃機関、電動機、或いはこれらの組み合わせである。電動機は、内燃機関に連結された発電機による発電電力、或いは二次電池や燃料電池の放電電力を使用して動作する。なお、自車両Mには、シート装置1の他に、車線維持制御や定速走行制御、追従走行制御を実行する運転支援装置が搭載されてもよい。
以下、第2実施形態について説明する。第1実施形態では、シート装置1が搭載される自車両Mが、専ら運転者による手動操作により加減速および操舵が制御される車両として説明した。第2実施形態では、自車両Mが、加減速および操舵が自動的に制御される自動運転車両であるものとして説明する。以下、第1実施形態との相違点を中心に説明し、第1実施形態と共通する機能等についての説明は省略する。
自動運転制御ユニット1000は、例えば、第1制御部1120と、第2制御部1140と、第3制御部110Aと、記憶部130Aとを備える。第3制御部110Aは、第1実施形態のシート制御装置100の制御部110と同じ機能を有し、記憶部130Aは、シート制御装置100の記憶部130に格納されたニュートラルポジション情報D1等を予め記憶している。
Claims (8)
- 車両の乗員が着座するシートと、
前記乗員の操作を受け付ける操作受付部と、
前記操作受付部が前記乗員からの操作を受け付けるまで前記シートの位置を固定し、前記操作受付部が前記乗員からの操作を受け付けた場合に、前記シートの位置を前記車両の前後方向に移動可能な状態にする移動機構と、
前記車両の走行状態または外部環境に関する所定条件を満たす場合に、前記所定条件を満たさない場合に比して前記シートの移動を制限する制限部と、
を備えるシート装置。 - 前記制限部は、前記所定条件を満たす場合に前記シートの移動を制限し、前記所定条件を満たさない場合に前記シートの移動を制限しない、
請求項1に記載のシート装置。 - 前記所定条件は、前記車両または前記シートの加速度が所定値以上であることと、前記車両の速度が所定速度以上であることと、のうち一方または双方を少なくとも含む、
請求項1または2に記載のシート装置。 - 前記所定条件は、前記車両の傾斜角が所定角以上であることを含む、
請求項1から3のうちいずれか1項に記載のシート装置。 - 前記車両が将来走行することが予定された経路において、前記所定条件を満たす地点を予測する予測部を備え、
前記制限部は、前記予測部により予測された地点付近に前記車両が到達した場合に、前記シートの移動を制限する、
請求項1から4のうちいずれか1項に記載のシート装置。 - 前記車両の運転モードを、前記車両の操舵または加減速の少なくとも一方が制御される自動運転モードと、前記車両の操舵および加減速の双方が前記乗員による操作に応じて制御される手動運転モードと、のいずれか一方に切り替える切替制御部を備え、
前記制限部は、前記切替制御部により、前記運転モードが前記自動運転モードから前記手動運転モードに切り替えられた場合、前記所定条件を満たす場合であっても、前記所定条件を満たさない場合に比して前記シートの移動を制限しない、
請求項1から5のうちいずれか1項に記載のシート装置。 - 前記操作受付部と異なる位置に設置された復帰スイッチと、
前記復帰スイッチが操作された場合に、前記移動機構を制御して、前記シートの位置を前記車両の前後方向に移動可能な状態にすると共に、前記シートの位置を予め決められた位置に移動させる移動制御部と、を備え、
前記制限部は、前記移動制御部により前記シートが移動されている間、前記所定条件を満たす場合であっても、前記所定条件を満たさない場合に比して前記シートの移動を制限しない、
請求項1から6のうちいずれか1項に記載のシート装置。 - 前記復帰スイッチは、前記シートの背もたれが前記車両の後方側に倒された状態で前記乗員の手が届く範囲内に設置される、
