D:Cに成分3のうち10%と、成分18〜22を添加混合した後、40℃まで冷却して水中油型乳化乳液を得た。

(A)ニコチン酸アミド 1〜10質量%
(B)炭素数16〜20の直鎖脂肪酸とポリエチレングリコールとのエステル
(C)ワセリン 1〜10質量%
(D)水 70質量%以下
を含有し、成分(D)と成分(A)の含有質量割合(D)/(A)が3以上である水中油型乳化組成物。 The following components (A) to (D);
